  This is most cheater company.. we had booked tour for Meghalaya for 5 days and we are 5 ladies .. this people has taken 70% 66k in advance . Till taking money we recd 10 calls but after that stop taking calls . We had to try different different numbers and after at least 100 calls they sent hotel booking receipt and car pickup number .. we we reached there we came to know they have not paid to car rental agency .. we reached 1 st hotel and found booking slip sent by them was forged and there was no booking made and they cheated us .. 2 nd destination same issue no booking was made and they sent us to us for 1 day instead of 2 days and hotel manger took our I’d cards and threatend we have to pay or they will not allow us to go out ..   This was my first visit to India. My expectations were to visit the north part of the Country, When searched Online got connected with SBSJ TOURS AND TRAVELS.So got my tour arranged by them for Mumbai, Pune, Uttrakhand, Himachal and Leh Ladakh. We Started from Mumbai, 3 Nights in Mumbai and then to Delhi and from delhi we were taken to Uttrakhand, Manali, Spiti valley, Leh Ladakh, Nubra Valley, Turtuk, Chandertaal, Pangong Tso and then back to Delhi.   This was my first experience with Pretty Planet Tours. Trip was wonderfully organized by Mr. Rajeev and Ms. Riny Agarwal. Staying arrangements at all locations were well planned. We would like to inform you that we enjoyed the trip of HIMACHAL for 10 days in comfortable manner within our budget. We have travelled from Mumbai to Chandīgarh, Shimla, Kullu-Manali, Dalhousie, and Dharamshala. Stay and food was good. We had a very good driver who could guide us sightseeing and was friendly too.
