• Generally hotel check in time is 14:00 hrs. And checkout time is 11:00 hrs. across India. • Confirm early check in or late checkout will be chargeable if not included in cost. • Kindly contact hotel directly if you want complementary early check in or late checkout.
• Many hotels charge extra for room heater or Wi-Fi. Normal package does not include this so in that case these charges should be paid at hotels. We shall not be responsible for any delays & alterations in the program or expenses incurred directly or indirectly
• Due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accident, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, closures/blockades due to political unrest or any such incidents. • As per the directive given by the Government of India, all Indian/Foreign Nationals are required to provide proper proof of identification upon check-in. Valid identifications s are: Passport & Visa together, Voters Id card, Current Driver & rsquos License.

• Transportation shall be provided as per the itinerary and will not be at disposal.( AC will not work on hills )
• Package rates are subject to change without prior notice, Force Majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels flights, cancellation / rerouting of flights, closure of / entry restrictions at a place of visit, etc. While we will do our best to make suitable alternate arrangements, wewould not be held liable for any refunds/compensation claims arising out of this

• Travellers should be vaccinated with 2 doses 14 days prior to travel to Thailand. Vaccinated travellers must carry the vaccination certificate Airlines and Thai Immigration will do random checks to confirm travellers meet Covid prevention requirements (vaccination or Covid test).
