  Resort facilities marged with the palmtrees, with a perfect location and a private relaxed area. Clean and comfortable rooms. Staff was always available for everything, also provided an upgrade on one room because I got engaged a few days before and there were a room available.   Hi Tasneem From the very beginning of the trip discovery to return back, I would like to take a minute and appreciate the way Tasneem handled my enquiries and planned my trip. It was beyond awesome. The hotel location was beautiful, the driver was well known about Munnar and I must say very experienced and focused driver I have ever encountered. Visiting a new place is like lifetime experience and it all depends on the driver on how he help in making the moment memorable and he did that!   Good Service Consistently – Manjiri Bothate. My trip to Munnar and Allepey house boat went without any major hiccups. Parag was in touch frequently and checked on us. Any minor issues we had were easily corrected. Our driver Rajesh was excellent and very friendly. His driving was safe and faultless. We had a good time during our Kerala trip. I booked the trip from UK. There were no issues with wiring the deposit from UK. The hotels were comfortable. The houseboat and the service was good, though the boat was not quite upto "premier" standards. On the whole, Shimla Kashmir tours were reliable. ...more
