Day 1

Day 1 : New Delhi - Manali (570 KM 14/16 Hrs) Over Night Journey

Root : Delhi - Manali
Description : Between 4:30PM to 6:00PM board the Volvo from New Delhi Volvo Stand and Depart for Manali. Enroot admire the picturesque sights of lofty mountains surrounded by floating clouds, emerald orchards, and sparkling white waterfalls, all accompanied by melodious sound of River Beas. Overnight Journey. Boarding Point will Be sent to you one day Before Travel (RK Ashram Metro Station / Majnu Ka Tilla

Day 2

Manali - Half Day Sightseeing Tour (Volvo Package)

Root : Manali - Manali
Description : Upon reaching Manali Bus Stop, meet our representative who will transfer you to the pre-booked hotel.( Hotel Check in Time is 12 PM. Early Check in could be provided as per hotel permission. In afternoon head on for historic Hadimba Devi Temple & Vashisht Muni Temple Hot Water Spring. In evening roam in Manali local Market including Tibetan monastery. Overnight stay in Hotel.

Day 3

Day 3 : Manali - Solang Valley - Atal Tunnel

Solang Valley

Root : Manali - Manali
Description : Today morning our cab will pick you from hotel and move to visit full day sightseeing of Solang valley. Solang valley is popular as a picnic spot, it is locked between Beas Kund and village Solang Valley and you can enjoy Paragliding, gondola ,Zorbing ,Horse ride, Yak Riding. After that you will go to Atal tunnel. After Visit return back to hotel, have dinner and overnight stay.

Day 4 : Manali - Naggar - Kullu

Solang Valley

Root : Manali - Naggar - Kullu
Description : Today proceed towards kullu where you can shop silky soft Pashmina shawls and can also enjoy river rafting. Later on, continue your drive to Naggar. By late evening return to Manali hotel for Dinner and Overnight stay.

Day 5 : Manali - Delhi ( By Volvo Overnight Travel )

Expenses incurred due to any factors beyond our control like natural calamities, Heavy Snow Fall, landslides, political Insurgencies, Strike etc.
Travel insurance & Rescue Cost is not Include in the packages Cost
All present applicable taxes are included but if any changes occur in present tax structure then the difference will be charged to the clients accordingly.
Standard check-in time at the hotel is normally 2:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am. An early check-in or a late check- out is solely based on the discretion of the hotel.
Entrance fee, parking and guide charges are not included in the packages.
Itinerary once booked will not be modified. In case any changes would be required then clients need to check with the tour executives and any charges applicable will be paid by the clients.
Transportation shall be provided as per the itinerary and will not be at disposal.
In case of unavailability in the listed hotels, arrangement for an alternate accommodation will be made in a hotel of similar category.
Children below 5 years are complimentary sharing parent’s bed. (Milk/Food for infant below 5 years is chargeable and amount can be paid at the hotel).
The booking price does not include: Expenses of personal nature, such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, mini bar charges, tips, portage, camera fees etc.
Most of the hotels do not have escalators installed at the premises. So if there’s any request of escalators then please do check with us prior confirming your booking.
AC will not be functional anywhere in hilly areas in the vehicles.
AC / fan will not be available in the hotels in hilly areas so please check with us if you have any such request before confirming your booking.
Travel Himalayaz will not be responsible for any cancellation happens in the land arrangements due to any factors beyond our control like natural calamities, political insurgencies, strikes etc.
Gala dinner charges are not included in the package price unless clearly mentioned. Many hotels make gala dinners mandatory during festivals like Christmas and New Year. Such charges are to be paid by guests directly at the hotel and are non-refundable.

BOOKING CONFIRMATION:

For Package confirmation you need to deposit 50% Payment. We will issue the booking voucher only at the receipt of 50% Payment. Guest will have to make 100% payment before 30 days of arrival. Otherwise booking will be considered as Cancelled. (Please do email the screenshot of the mode of advance payment for our records).

PREPONE AND POSTPONE:

For postpone / pre-pone of tour packages are to be communicated in written and need to be inform us at least 7 days prior of tour date.
INR 3000/- will be charged extra for pre-pone / postpone.

CANCELLATIONS:-

If the Client wishes to amend or cancel the booking for any reason including death, accident, illness, or personal reasons (including non-payment of the balance amount), the Company reserves the right to recover applicable cancellation charges.
All cancellations must be communicated in writing. The advance amount paid is non-refundable, in addition to the forfeiture of the tour deposit amount.
There will be no refund for NO SHOWS.
If any amendment results in the cancellation of one or more services, the Company will recover applicable cancellation charges as per the cancellation policy.
Any amendment to the original booking must be submitted in writing. Changes will only be processed after the Company's receipt of the same.
The mentioned cancellation charges apply only to the main tour and optional tours published by the Company. For additional services such as air/train tickets or third-party products, cancellation terms of the respective provider will apply.
The Company also reserves the right to recover service charges incurred while booking and cancelling such services for the Client.
Further cancellation charges will be applicable as follows:
30 days or more before departure: Advance amount is non-refundable.
30 to 15 days before departure: 50% of the total tour cost.
14 to 07 days before departure: 75% of the total tour cost.
07 to 01 day before departure: 100% of the total tour cost.
Jurisdiction:
All disputes arising out of or in connection with the tour packages booked through Travel Himalayaz Pvt. Ltd. shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals located at Manali / Dharamshala, Himachal Pradesh, India.

Cancellation & Refund Policy :

* Upon cancellation, refund will be made after deducting the Retention Amount.
* Retention Amount varies as per the number of days left before your package start date.
* Refund will be made within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.
