KL Tower Observation Deck Tkt, Indoor and Outdoor theme park Tkt child & adult price same rates.
Normally We provide KL Tower Observation Deck Tkt in KL Tower and We can also provide Sky Deck, Sky Box and Tower Walk depend on package requirements.
If City Tour and any other tours will not match on SIC (Sharing Basis) then Extra Charges will be applied.
7:30 PM- 7:00 Am between that time any pickup / Drop to APT additional surcharge will be applicable.
SIC or PVT Standard pick up from KL – Genting is 9:30 Am and from Genting to KL is 12:15 PM And Max. 15 Min. is waiting Time or else it will be NO SHOW, If Guest wants to change timing, then additional cost chargeable as we must arrange separate vehicle for that Guest * last min changes 100 % cancellation applicable for that transfer.
Days are not fixed for any tours on SIC Basis it depends on Daily Vehicle Log.
Kuala Lumpur Hotel Tourism Tax Rm 10 per Room per night.

1st Sep 2024 onwards as per Genting management breakfast will be served @ Coffee Terrace, Lobby Level, Genting Grand , Genting Highlands (For Guest Staying in Sky world, First world & Resort Hotel).
Grand ion Delemon + Ion Majestic, Awana genting hotel guest must take shuttle from reception for cable car ride.
Genting Pick up time from grand Ion delemon to Kuala Lumpur @ 12.45 pm
Kul Hotel to Genting Pickup at 9-9.30 am
Pickup from Awana or First World is 12.30 pm.
There is no room service, ac, water bottle in Resort world Genting hotels.
Normally We Provide Only One way cable car Tkt in Genting During Genting Day Trip.
Genting Day Tour Morning Pick up from Kul Hotel 9:30 am and Return Back (Genting to Kul Hotel) Around 6:30 PM.
If Guest missed or lost any ticket, then they must buy directly.
Vans for FIT Guest can go till hotel lobby only at Genting.
Cable car guest must settle in his own free time driver will drop and do pickup from hotel lobby only.

Water Sports activities at Cenang Pantai guests must be managed at his own or can ask any local person in charge and pay directly.
Note: As per the KL tower new management started from 1st Dec. 2024 onwards, Sky Deck Ticket is mandatory with Observation Deck Tkt & Sky Deck Ticket will be under cancellation if rain comes and there will be no refund, If rain comes then guest has to go on his own is his free time.
