• Day 1 : Arrival to Istanbul

• Day 2 : Full Day / Byzantine & Ottoman Relics Tour

  According to your tour pick-up time meet with your guide and start your full-day tour. Explore Hagia Sophia; It was the religious center of the city during the Byzantine period. It was converted into a museum and since it is open to the visitors. Next; Topkapi Palace; As well as being the imperial residence of the Sultans for nearly 400 years. Then converted into a museum. Today it is famous with harem, royal treasury, and holy relics sections. Continue to with Hippodrome; Located in the heart of Sultanahmet surrounded by Blue mosque, Hagia Sophia and Topkapi palace. Next, Blue Mosque; located opposite the Hagia Sophia. Blue mosque today is one of the most famous landmarks of the old city with its famous six minarets and magnificent dome. • Day 3 : Bosphorus Cruise & Spice Bazaar Tour

  According to your tour pick-up time meet with your guide and start your half-day tour. Visit Spice Bazaar; Built-in 1664 it is on an ‘L’ shape with six gates. It was called Egyptian Bazaar during the ottoman period because shopkeepers used to sell herbs and spices brought throughout Egypt and Asia. Today still many spice shops and herb specialists are continuing their business there, You can get the mesmerizing spice smells from a mile away.
  Next, Cruising on Bosphorus; where you will enjoy a magnificent view. A great history, beautiful nature. The Bosphorus divides Europe and Asia geographically but connects culturally & historically. Booking Terms & Conditions

• Full Payment is required for confirmation of any tour departing within 30 days or less. For tours with more than 30 days until the departure date, a minimum payment of 20% of the total amount will be required for confirmation.
• For tours that had more than 30 days prior to booking confirmation, the remaining amount of the total sum must be paid until 15 days before the departure date.
• Some departure dates and prices may vary and City of Sultans will contact you about any discrepancies that may be present before your booking is confirmed.
• The following cards are accepted for City of Sultans tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard.
• City of Sultans does NOT charge you any extra fees for using any of these payment methods. Bank Wire Transfer is also available.
• City of Sultans reserves the right to refuse service / cancel the booking if the criteria mentioned above are not met.
• Amendments and Cancellations by Clients
• Clients can cancel at any time. The cancellation will be effective at the time that City of Sultans receives a written request from the Client.
• The cancellation charges will be calculated as follows:
• More than 45 days until departure: 10% of the Net Product cost.
• Within 44 days and until 31 days prior to departure: 25% of the Net Product cost.
• Within 30 days and until 16 days prior to departure: 50% of the Net Product cost.
• Within 15 days or less time until departure: Full amount of the product purchased will be charged.
• No refund shall be given for a partially used Product.
• Information and Pricing Policy
• Prices in the City Of Sultans website are correct at time of publication. Before a booking is confirmed, City Of Sultans reserves the right to amend these prices due to any circumstances outside the control of City Of Sultans such as but not limited to changes relating to governmental action, increases in transportation costs (including schedule airfares and the cost of fuel) changes in any dues, taxes or fees chargeable for services (including landing taxes or embarkation / disembarkation fees at airports), increases in admission fees.
• Bank transfers are accepted as the full amount payable as published. City Of Sultans is a registered business in Turkey. Therefore, we only accept Credit Card payments in Turkish Lira. The full amount payable in Turkish Lira is calculated by taking the daily buying exchange rate on the date of sale multiplied by the full amount published and payable. The said exchange rate can be found at www.tcmb.gov.tr. Your bank will use their exchange rate when charging your Credit Card for the amount of Turkish Lira that was withdrawn by City Of Sultans.
• Product information is published by City Of Sultans in good faith and City Of Sultans will use its best endeavours to operate all Products as advertised. City Of Sultans reserves the right to change any of the facilities and services described in its publications and to substitute alternative arrangements of comparable monetary value without compensation and accepts no liability for loss of enjoyment resulting from any change.
• Cancellation By City Of Sultans
• All City Of Sultans Products are subject to a minimum number of participants except for Guaranteed Departure Products listed in Clause 14. City Of Sultans reserves the right to cancel any confirmed booking in any circumstances, however, City Of Sultans will not cancel a Guaranteed Departure Product except in the unusual circumstances of force majeure, defined here as war, threat of war, riot, civil strife, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions, flight cancellation or any other external circumstances beyond the control of City Of Sultans. Compensation is not available if City Of Sultans is forced to cancel or in any way change a tour due to force majeure but where City Of Sultans is unable to provide the tour booked, City Of Sultans will return to the Client all monies paid to City Of Sultans (less any insurance premiums paid) or offer an alternative date or holiday of comparable standard.
• Travel Insurance
• Adequate insurance is mandatory for all Clients to cover at least but not limited to medical and repatriation expenses, loss of luggage and cancellation or curtailment of a Product and should not exclude any planned adventure activities from the time of booking for the full duration of the Product as a minimum. A Client and his personal belongings are the sole responsibility of himself. City Of Sultans accepts no liability on the Client's behalf where City Of Sultans has provided a Product of reasonable standard. Clients are fully responsible for arranging their own insurance.
• Liability of City Of Sultans
• City Of Sultans Products and in particular, adventure activities, contain an element of risk to the personal safety of the Client that other package holidays may not contain. By accepting these Booking Conditions Clients are aware of the risks inherent in their chosen travel and Clients undertake such risks at their own volition. City Of Sultans accepts no liability of Client's damages where City Of Sultans has fulfilled its Duty of Care to Clients by providing Products of a reasonable standard. City Of Sultans accepts no liability if there has been no fault on the part of City Of Sultans or its' suppliers, and the reason for the claimed damages was either the Client's fault or a result of unusual circumstances beyond the control of City Of Sultans by force majeure and the consequences of which could not have been avoided even with all due care.
• In respect of carriage by air, sea and rail and the provision of accommodation, City Of Sultans's liability in the said cases will be limited in the manner provided by the relevant international conventions.
• City Of Sultans accepts no liability if additional costs to the Client are incurred through delay, accident or disruption of the Product(s) beyond the control of City Of Sultans by force majeure.
• Travel Documentation
• It is the responsibility of the Clients to be in possession of a valid passport, visa permits, vaccinations, preventative medicines and other medical certificates and all necessary travel documents. City Of Sultans is not liable for damages arising from changes in regulations or laws to the necessary travel document requirements. Information about these matters is given in good faith by City Of Sultans but without liability.
• Health and Conduct
• All Clients are expected to satisfy themselves prior to booking that they are fit and able to complete the itinerary of their chosen tour as described in the brochure. Any Clients with pre-existing medical conditions or illness must declare the true nature of such conditions at the time of booking, and make arrangements for the provision of any medication or other treatment which may be required during the tour. Such a client is required to provide a medical statement from a General Practitioner to confirm they are fit to travel. Failure to make such disclosure will constitute a breach of these booking conditions and relieve City Of Sultans from any obligations and liability.
• Client Exclusion and Local Law
• Clients agree to accept the authority and decisions of City Of Sultans's and its supplier's employees and representatives whilst on tour. If in the opinion of such persons, the health or conduct of a Client before or after the departure appears likely to endanger the safe, comfortable or happy progress of the tour, the Client may be excluded from all or part of the tour without prior notice or any liability on the part of City Of Sultans. In the case of Client ill health, City Of Sultans may make such arrangements as it sees fit and recover the costs thereof from the Client. Passengers agree to comply with the laws and regulations of the countries they travel. City Of Sultans shall not be liable to any Clients who commit illegal or unlawful acts whilst on tour.
• Photographing
• Our authorised representatives may take photographs and films of our Clients while using any City Of Sultans Product. City Of Sultans reserves the right to use said material for any advertising or promotion without obtaining further consent. City Of Sultans also reserves the right to use any comments Clients make, questionnaires or complimentary letters with respect to City Of Sultans or its Products in promotional literature.
• Complaints
• If the Client has a complaint about any of the Product arrangements the Client must raise the complaint immediately with a City Of Sultans employee so that City Of Sultans can use its best endeavours to rectify the problem. City Of Sultans cannot rectify a problem it is unaware of. Failure to complain on the spot will extinguish or at least reduce City Of Sultans's liability to pay compensation. Should City Of Sultans be unable to resolve the problem on the spot a complaint must be made in writing within 28 days of completion of the Product.
