Day wise Itinerary

  • Day 1

    Delhi Airport – Haridwar

    Drive Distance – 215Km | Duration: 5 Hrs. | Max Altitude: 314 mt | Meals: Dinner
    Upon arrival in Delhi, we will pick up you from Delhi airport/ station and drive to Haridwar. Upon arrival check-in at the hotel. Relaxation at hotel. Later in Evening visit Har-Ki Pauri for the Aarti ceremony of mother Ganges [if time permits]. Return to the hotel. Overnight stay at Haridwar.

  • Day 2

    Haridwar – Guptkashi

    Drive Distance – 200 Km | Duration: 7-8 Hrs. | Max Altitude: 1,500 mt | Meals: Breakfast & Dinner
    Morning (07:00 Am) After breakfast, check out from hotel and drive to Guptkashi. Upon arrival at Guptkashi check-in at hotel. Rest of the day free at hotel. Overnight stay at Guptkashi.

    Guptkashi – Sonprayag – Gaurikund – Kedarnath

    Drive Distance – 35 Km | Drive Duration: 1-2 Hrs. |Trek Distance: 17 Km each side | Max Altitude: 3,583 mt | Meals: Breakfast & Dinner
    Early in the morning you will drive till Sonprayag (vehicles allow till this point) from here you need to take a local jeep/ Max to reach Gaurikund (3 Kms, on direct payment basis, approx. INR 200 per person). Upon arrival in Gaurikund, you will start your Trek towards Kedarnath Temple, which is a long and beautiful man-made trail. After reaching, check in at your accommodation. Later performing Pooja and Darshan of Shri Kedarnath Temple. Overnight stay at Kedarnath.

  • Day 4

    Kedarnath – Gaurikund – Sonprayag – Guptkashi

    Drive Distance – 35 Km | Drive Duration: 1-2 Hrs. |Trek Distance: 17 Km each side | Max Altitude: 1,500 mt | Meals: Breakfast & Dinner
    Early morning, check-out from the hotel. Later trek down to Gaurikund. On arrival in Gaurikund from here you need to take a local jeep/ Max to reach Sonprayag (3 kms, on direct payment basis, approx. 200 per person). Later drive to Guptkashi. On arrival check-in at the hotel. An overnight stay.

    Guptkashi – Haridwar via Rishikesh

    Drive Distance – 165 Km | Duration: 6 Hrs. | Meals: Breakfast & Dinner
    After breakfast, check-out from the hotel and drive to Haridwar. En-route visiting Ram Jhula, Janki Jhula, Triveni Ghat temples and Ashrams. Upon arrival, check-in at the hotel. Overnight stay at Haridwar.

    Haridwar – Delhi Airport

    Drive Distance – 215 Km | Duration: 5 Hrs. | Meals: Breakfast & Dinner
    Breakfast at hotel, check out and drive to Delhi, on arrival you will transfer to the airport to board your flight.

  • Advance hotel Bookings are a must.
  • Carry snacks with you in case of long traffic jams/landslides.
  • Carry Drinking Water, and medicines with you.
  • Respect the customs of the locals and environment/ use less plastic.
  • Carry Rain Coat / Umbrella, torch, minimum luggage with you.
  • Carry enough winter clothing as it gets cold in Harsil, Kedarnath and Badrinath.

GENERAL INFORMATION

  • We have tried our best to provide all the information on Char Dham.
  • However, we reserve the right to change the program as per the requirement of clients and availability of accommodation and other reasons.
  • Any amendment in the original booking has to be given to us in writing. All changes will be processed only after the receipt of the same by the Company.
  • The program involves treacherous hill drives and clients have to be informed about the climatic conditions in Uttarakhand during yatra from extreme hot to extreme cold. Also, during the yatra season due to heavy rush there are a lot of traffic jams, diversions and restrictions put by the authorities.
  • During yatra season the Traffic is allowed on the roads from 5 AM Till 8 PM and thereafter traffic is not allowed at all. In case passengers get delayed due to traffic congestion and landslides which are beyond our control may not be able to reach the hotel booked for them would have to bear the expenses of their stay for that night.

Terms & Conditions

  • In case of any hike in the hotel rates, the package cost will be amended accordingly. In case of a change in the train / flight schedule or timing resulting in an amendment to amend the itinerary, the cost, if any, will be advised separately and the same will be paid by the guest.
  • Quick N Book Holidays is presently not holding a hotel for your proposed tour plan. Confirmation is subject to receiving an email from Quick N Book Holidays of confirmation.
  • If the group members do not arrive or depart with the group, additional transfer charges will be applicable
  • Quote does not include any meals, which is not specified. In case the same is required, during transfers, sightseeing and day trips, additional will be charged, on actual (if applicable)
  • Kedarnath stay would be an ordinary and sharing basis.
  • The rates mentioned above are valid for the dates mentioned above only.
  • Please note Budget Hotels in India are very basic accommodation at most of the places.
  • In case of any immigration/Visa complications, the cancellation policy shall be applicable in full

  • It is mandatory to carry a valid photo identity card (Passport / Driving License / Voter ID card).
  • Quick & Book Holidays will not be responsible for any rescheduling of Flights and Hotel Accommodation for any of the above reasons. The guest will have to make payments on a direct basis.

  • All sightseeing mentioned are subject to weather /traffic/ political conditions in the mentioned destination. The management has supreme and full authority to alter the itinerary due to any of the mentioned conditions.
