Believed to have been originally constructed thousands of years ago by the Pandavas, this age-old shrine was refurbished by Adi Shankaracharya. Surrounded by lofty snow-covered mountains and adorned by the picturesque Mandakini river snaking before it, this temple receives lakhs of pilgrims from all over the world every year.
About the Kedarnath Winter Trek:
Known for its sanctity and enthralling scenic views, Kedarnath gets a heavy influx of travellers. The holy site of Kedarnath dham can be reached only by trekking through a 16 kilometres long trek, starting from Gaurikund. From Gaurikund, it is a 4 kilometres trek to Jungle Chatti via the Rambara Bridge. This part of Kedarnath temple trek will let you enjoy a lenient trail and will not demand much energy. From Jungle Chatti, the trekkers need to trek another 3 kilometres to reach Bheembali.
This segment of the trek also has a relatively lenient gradient, which can be done with less effort. The trail starts becoming a bit steep for the next 4 kilometres, from Bheem Bali to Linchauli. The Kedarnath winter trek continues with a steeper gradient for another 4 kilometres to reach Kedarnath Base Camp. From here, it is the final 1 kilometre that you have to cover to finally reach Kedarnath Temple.
Once you complete your upward Kedarnath trekking journey and reach the holy shrine, you will be welcomed by the spellbinding architecture of the Kedarnath Temple and the mesmerizing views of the surrounding snow-clad Himalayan mountain peaks.
Delhi To Dehradun or Haridwar
As you arrive at Dehradun or Haridwar we will start our journey only if you arrive on time otherwise we will stay in Haridwar .we will visit har ki pauri and will enjoy Ganga Aarti with you and after that we will stay at Haridwar for night to start our journey in early morning.

Haridwar To Sonprayag Approx 8-9 Hours
AS we left early morning we have to move forward to Sonprayag Along with the beautiful view of the River Mandakini at Tilwara which comes from Kedarnath.Then we will visit Ardh Narishwar and we will transfer you to the helipad place where you can show your booked ticket and go to Kedarnath directly with in a Helicopter or if you choose to go go through the 16 km trek then come along behind us .If you not choose helicopter services then we directly drive to sonprayag with in the most beautiful views of holy river Ganga.

Before the Sun rise we start our trek from Gaurikund towards Kedarnath like Jungle Chatti, Bheembali & Linchauli and other camp on the way on the other side of the route we can see the old route which was destroyed by the flood in 2013. Then after some hours we will be in front of the Kedarnath temple .You can rest or take a bath in hotel or tent and then wait for your turn in the queue to go inside the temple for blessings of Lord Shiva . It will be a spiritual experience for you After that you can stay in hotel for the night.

Kedarnath To Rudraprayag
After the sunrise we will enjoy some views around us as the light of the sun making the mountains looks like golden mountains and after breakfast we start retracing the same route towards Gaurikund and then Rudraprayag will be our destination to rest.

Rudraprayag To Rishikesh
With the sun rise we will proceed ahead towards Rishikesh which is known as the Yoga Capital of the world .We will stay in hotel .You can enjoy various sports adventures like River Rafting and Bungee Jumping. With the evening we will gather at Parmarth Ashram for the Ganga’s Aarti. We will stay here for the night.

Rishkesh to Haridwar or Dehradun
Arrive at Rishikesh we will leave you at spot where you can catch your vehicle to go for the home.
