Day wise Itinerary

Day 1 : Arrival Gangtok

Arrive in Bagdogra Airport (IXB), upon arrival transfer to cab and leave for Gangtok. It will be a four hour drive. Reach Gangtok by evening and rest of the day can be spent strolling around M.G Marg, shopping and bakery visits are recommended. Over Night stay at Gangtok.

Day 2 : Gangtok

After Breakfast, start your day trip to Tsomgo (Changu) lake, Baba Mandir & (Nathula pass*). Overnight stay at Gangtok.

Day 3 : Gangtok to Lachen

After breakfast, start your journey from Gangtok to Lachen. Enroute visit Tashi view point, Singhik View point, Bhim Naga Falls & Chungthang. Reach Lachen by evening, Over night stay.

Day 4 : Lachen - Lachung

Today After breakfast, explore Lachen, which would include lachen local sightseeing & Thangu, visit to (Gorundongmar lake*). After your visit to Gorundongmar lake you’ll be transferred to Lachung the very same day. Reach Lachung by evening, overnight stay.

Day 5 : Yumthang valley

After breakfast, start your sightseeing for Yumthang valley, which would include visit to Yumthang valley, Singba Rhododendron Sanctuary and (Zero Point*). By evening reach Gangtok, Over night stay at hotel.

Day 6 : Departure

After breakfast, leave fo Bagdogra. Drop at Airport/ Station. Trip ends with beautiful memories.

NOTE : Nathula Pass permits are subject to clearance and permission by the department of Tourism state of Sikkim, Police Department and Indian Army. This permit is not guaranteed, we will apply for the permits and do all needful to obtain the same. We do not GUARANTEE TO OBTAIN THE PERMIT. Nathula Gate to Nathula Pass travel may be on seat in coach basis, (Shuttle service), if you do not agree to this, permit might not get approval. However you still can visit Nathula gate.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All correspondence in respect of tour/ travel service bookings should be addressed to Frostbite Travel.
PAYMENTS
For all the services contracted, certain advance payment should be made to hold the booking, on confirm basis & the balance amount Destination Guptkashi Nill Badrinath Hotel Bharat shree or similar Karanprayag Shri Krishna Palace Hotel or similar should be paid before your departure from your destination of departure. Full payment should be made before the commencement of the services.
Apart from above in some cases like special train journeys, hotel or resort booking during peak seasons, full payment is required to be sent in advance.
MODE OF PAYMENT
Payment can be made through NIFT/RTGS or cheque as well as cash transactions to our bank.
CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason/s we must be notified of the same in writing or through Email. Cancellation charges would be as follows:
45 days prior to arrival : 40% of the tour/service cost would be charged 30 days prior to arrival : 60% of the tour/service cost would be charged 20 days prior to arrival : 80% of the tour/service cost would be charged 15 days prior to arrival : NO REFUND
NOTE: written cancellation will accept on all working days except for Sundays or any holiday. Any cancellations sent on these days will be considered on next working day. For the peak seasons in any area chosen for visit non refundable policy is applicable
In case you cancel your trip after commencement, refund would be restricted to a limited amount only which too would depend on the amount that we would be able to recover from the hotelier/ contractors we patronize. For unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation & missed meals etc we do not bear any responsibility to refund.
OUR LIABILITIES AND LIMITATIONS
Please note that after the finalisation of the tour/ services cost, if there are any hikes in entrance fees of monuments/ museums, taxes, fuel cost or guide charges by the authorities of the same, the same would be charged as extra. Cost of parking, tolls or any other transport related costs are to be paid by the client. Frostbite travel acts only in the capacity of agents for hotels, airline, transporters, railways & contractors providing other services and all exchange orders, receipts contracts & tickets issued by us are issued subject to terms & conditions under which these services are provided by them.
All itineraries are sample itineraries, intended to give you a general idea of the likely trip schedule. Numerous factors such as weather, road conditions, physical availability of the participants etc may dictate itinerary changes either before the tour or while on the trail. We reserved the right to change any schedule in the interest of the trip participants safety, comfort & general well being.
Our rates are based on the prevailing rates as negotiated by us with the hotels, airlines etc. hotels and airlines retain the right to modify the rates without any prior notice. In case of such changes the rates quoted before the modification can be changed by us according to the modifications by hotels or airlines. All hotel bookings are based on usual checkin check out timings of the hotels until and unless indicated in the itinerary.We shall not be responsible for any delays & alterations in the programme or expenses incurred – directly or indirectly – due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accident, breakdown of machinery or equipments, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, political closures or any untoward incidents. Visitors are advised to seek such insurance arrangements in their home country. All baggages & personal property/s at all times are at the client's risk.
Please Note : We will not be responsible for any costs arising out of unforeseen circumstances like landslides, road blocks, bad weather or any kind of delays. we hold the right to make any modification in our terms and conditions without any prior notice, which would further be implemented on the ongoing or future tours/services.
