Participants assemble at their respective designated departure points and complete group registration and boarding of the designated bus. Departure is according to the confirmed schedule with a comfortable overnight journey toward Nepal. Group leaders and coordinators assist participants during the journey. Dinner and refreshment arrangements are provided according to the selected package and transportation schedule. Overnight is on board the bus. Exact departure times and boarding points will be communicated to the group or booking agency before departure.

Morning arrival in Kathmandu subject to road and border conditions followed by completion of necessary travel and entry formalities. Participants receive welcome and reception by the local coordination team and are transferred to BTMC Foundation Meditation Center retreat center. There are welcome refreshments, registration and accommodation allocation followed by check in and rest after the journey. Participants are introduced to the 2 day Wellness and Meditation Retreat Program with orientation regarding meditation, discipline, meals, daily schedule and retreat guidelines. The day includes an evening introductory meditation or prayer and dinner. Meals and accommodation are provided at the BTMC Foundation Meditation Center monastic accommodation.

The first full retreat day focuses on inner well being mindfulness and spiritual development. The suggested program includes structured sessions of meditation and mindfulness practices along with wellness and healing practices, breathing and relaxation exercises, Dharma and spiritual teachings, prayer and contemplation, mindful living practices and group discussion and reflection. Participants have dedicated time for quiet reflection and personal meditation. The day concludes with an evening meditation and peace practice. Meals and accommodation are provided at the BTMC Foundation Meditation Center.

Continuation of the second day of the retreat program with a focus on meditation healing and spiritual training. Activities include further mindfulness training guided meditation healing and wellness practices Dharma teachings Art of Living practices spiritual discussion personal reflection group meditation peace prayer and dedication of merit followed by the retreat closing session. The evening concludes with a group reflection and closing spiritual practice. Meals and accommodation are provided at the BTMC Foundation Meditation Center.

After breakfast participants check out and proceed for a full day Kathmandu city and heritage tour covering main spiritual and cultural sites. Main places covered include Pashupatinath Temple on the banks of the Bagmati River Swayambhunath Stupa the historic Buddhist stupa overlooking Kathmandu Valley and Boudhanath Stupa a major Buddhist pilgrimage center. The program is an 8 hour cultural sightseeing and spiritual heritage exploration with group photography free time group lunch as per confirmed package and a final gathering and preparation for the return journey. In the evening participants board the designated bus for the overnight return journey toward their respective destinations. Overnight is on board the bus. Entrance fees to monuments and attractions are excluded unless specifically included in the final quotation.

Continue the overnight journey from Kathmandu with arrival at respective designated destinations during the day subject to road border and traffic conditions. Participants disperse at the designated drop off points and the 6 day Nepal Wellness and Meditation Retreat Program concludes. The tour ends with peace mindfulness and blessings.
