Day wise Itinerary

Day 1 Hanoi Arrival- Pick Up At Airport- Sleeper Bus To Sapa

landing at the airport, you will do check in and collect luggage, and move to pilar 1, ground floor - arrival hall from here, our bus will pick you up at the airport and transfer to Sapa ( 5-6 hours) Check in and relax

Day 2 Sapa- Fansipan- Cable Car- Cat Cat Village

After breakfast, our driver will take you to the Cable Car Station. Spend 20 minutes enjoying the spectacular scenery view from on the cable car. Reach an altitude of 2800 meters, and take in the view, visit the pagoda, a spiritual destination, and hike up 600 steps to reach the peak of Fansipan – the Roof of Indochina. You spend about 1.5 hours hiking and taking photos. Return to the Cable Car Station and go back to Sapa town driver pick you up at station and transfer to Sapa town, have breakfast then take a short walk to the gate of Cat Cat village, home to the Black H'mong ethnic people. The village is located near the bottom of a deep valley at the foot of Fansipan Peak. Our local guide will show you the daily life activities of the locals, trek down to the valley bottom to the waterfall where the French built a Hydraulic Power Station, stop for photos with the bridge and waterfall, and then walk up the hill to meet the bus, which will take you back to Sapa in the afternoon. The trek is about 2.5km and lasts for 2 hours. after tour. Overnight at hotel

Day 3 Sapa- Free Time In Town- Sleeper Bus To Hanoi

After breakfast, it's free leisure, you can stroll around Sapa town suggest: Stone church, Moana cafe with valley view, shopping around Sapa town ( drink, shopping on your own) check out 12:00 13:30 our bus driver will pick you up at lobby and transfer to Hanoi (around 6 hours- depend on traffic condition) Bus arrive Hanoi station, Bus operator will arrange a transportation to take you to Hotel, check in and relax

Day 4 Hanoi- Ninh Binh- Hoa Lu- Trang An- Hanoi

Have a breakfast in hotel. Our car and tour guide will pick up guests at hotels in Hanoi Old Quarter and depart for Ninh Binh. On the way, the vehicle will stop at a rest area Visit Hoa Lu Ancient Capital – the capital of Dai Co Viet in the 10th century. At Hoa Lu, guests will admire the magnificent scenery and learn about the glorious history of Vietnam during the reigns of the Dinh and Le Kings. After the tour guide’s introduction, continue to visit: King Dinh Temple King Le Temple. These temples were built in the 17th century with impressive wood and stone carvings. 12:00 – 12:30 PM: Return to the restaurant and enjoy a buffet lunch featuring Ninh Binh specialties such as mountain goat meat, crispy rice, and other local dishes. Take a boat trip to explore Trang An The boat will take guests through the peaceful river route and limestone cave system for around 2 hours. While passing through the caves, guests can enjoy the fresh countryside atmosphere, cool breeze, and admire the beautiful stalactites hanging from the cave ceilings like sparkling natural masterpieces. 04:30 – 05:00 PM: Depart Ninh Binh and return to Hanoi. 06:30 – 07:00 PM: Arrive back in Hanoi.

Day 5 Hanoi- Ha Long Bay One Day Cruise- Hanoi

Sung Sot Cave

Have a breakfast in hotel. After your breakfast at the hotel. around 8:00- 8:30. Our professional guide and driver will pick you up to transfer to Halong . A scenic 2.5-hour drive will take you to Tuan Chau Marina, where you'll walk along the pier to board the cruise. Set sail and be enchanted by the natural beauty of the bay, passing by picturesque islets and outcrops with imaginative names. Indulge in a buffet lunch on the cruise, with vegetarian options available, while enjoying the stunning scenery of the bay. Explore the magnificent Surprising Cave (Sung Sot Cave), the largest and most beautiful cave in Ha Long Bay. Continue the adventure with a visit to Luon Cave, where you can kayak and immerse yourself in the captivating landscape. Visit Tiptop Island, where you can swim in the emerald waters and embark on an exciting hike to the top of the mountain for panoramic views of Ha Long Bay. As the day draws to a close, enjoy a tea break on the boat, accompanied by fruits, pastries, tea, and coffee, while capturing the breathtaking sunset moments. Finally, disembark at the pier and embark on a 2.5-hour drive back to Hanoi, where you'll be dropped off at your hotel at around 9 PM. Overnight at a hotel in Hanoi

Free cancellation before 24 hours with full refund (excluding banking/payment fees).

11.2 Day Tours (joining group)
Free cancellation before 48 hours with full refund (excluding banking/payment fees).

11.3 Package tours / custom itineraries
20 days or more prior to arrival: free cancellation except the non-refundable deposit (Section 9) and any non-refundable supplier components already confirmed/ticketed.
19 to 15 days before arrival: cancellation fee 50% of the total price.
14 to 7 days before arrival: cancellation fee 75% of the total amount.
Less than 7 days before arrival, or no-show: cancellation fee 100% of the total amount.
No refunds or exchanges are made for accommodation, meals, sightseeing, transport, or other included services that are not utilised by the traveller.

Private tours, hotels on non-refundable rates, peak-season packages, and airline tickets may follow stricter supplier rules as stated on your confirmation.

Cancellation requests must be sent in writing (email or Platform). The effective date is when we acknowledge receipt during business hours.

If we cancel a Service for reasons within our control (other than force majeure), we will offer a suitable alternative or a refund of the affected portion, as appropriate and to the extent recoverable.
