What to Expect
Hotels will be located on the outskirts of cities, typically 18–25 km from the city center. All transfers and sightseeing (with specified entrance fees) will be conducted in a luxury air-conditioned coach. Hotel rooms in Europe accommodate a maximum of 3 persons; the third bed is usually a rollaway in rooms similar in size to doubles.
Expected room sizes: 4-star hotels (190–230 sq. ft), 3-star hotels (120–180 sq. ft).
Complimentary water bottles are not provided in European hotels; however, tap water is safe to drink.
One-stop flights to Europe (into Zurich, out of Paris) are provided from DEL, BOM, and BLR; up to two-stop flights from AMD, CCU, HYD, and MAA.
All flights include 23 kg check-in baggage and in-flight meals.
Long drive days may include packed lunches or dinners for passenger convenience.
Visa appointment support is guaranteed, but visa approval is at the discretion of the embassy. Group arrival transfer from Paris is provided for flights landing between 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM; waiting time may apply.

• Fluctuations in the foreign exchange rate leading to a rise in land arrangement costs prior to departure. Pre- or post-tour hotel accommodation and services not included in the itinerary.
• Additional expenses due to route changes, airline amendments, date changes, or accommodation modifications arising from unforeseen or force majeure circumstances.
• Porterage, laundry, telephone calls, personal shopping, alcoholic beverages, and meals or snacks not specified in the group menu.
• Expenses arising from personal illness, medical emergencies, hospitalization, or accidents during the tour. Charges for optional activities, excursions, or services not mentioned in the itinerary.

• General
• Booking deposit is ₹30,000 per person if booked more than 45 days before departure.
• An additional ₹45,000 per person must be paid within 7 days of the initial payment.
• For bookings made within 45 days of departure, a deposit of ₹75,000 per person is required.
• Full payment must be completed at least 21 days prior to departure.
• Non-compliance with the payment schedule may result in cancellation and forfeiture of the amount paid.
• Visa rejection will incur a ₹20,000 cancellation charge per person, plus any non-refundable visa fees paid.
• Cancellation up to 30 days before departure will incur a 10% cancellation fee on the total package value.
• Cancellation between 15 to 30 days before departure will incur a 50% cancellation fee on the total package value.
• Cancellation within 15 days of departure will incur 100% cancellation charges; no refund will be applicable.
• Passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of return to India.
• Standard hotel check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM.
• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
• Guaranteed early check-in is available at an additional cost equivalent to one night’s stay.
• The tour will operate only with a minimum of 20 passengers.
• If group strength is low, the tour may be merged with a similar group without compromising on inclusions.
• Group reshuffling may occur to ensure smooth tour operations.
• Alternate sightseeing will be arranged if any listed attraction is closed.
• Packed dinners may be provided in case of delays or to comply with local driving regulations.
• Due to coach storage limitations, only one check-in bag and one hand bag per person is allowed.
• TCS of 5% or 10% is applicable on bookings up to ₹10 lakhs; 20% TCS is applicable on the amount exceeding ₹10 lakhs effective 1st April 2025.
• A 10% TCS rate applies if the passenger’s PAN is not linked with Aadhaar (PAN marked inoperative).
• Any increase in taxes, fuel surcharges, or government levies may result in a price revision.
• No refund will be provided for unused services or missed activities during the tour.
• Direct joining guests must arrange their own airport transfers at both arrival and departure points.
• Guests departing independently from Rome must also arrange or pay for their transfers separately.

• Please note the hotels used in the fixed departures are usually located in the outskirts of cities (typically 15 - 18 km) from the city center.
• All tours and transfers shall be done in a AC coach.
• Breakfasts served in the hotels shall be strictly continental breakfast only (unless mentioned otherwise).
• It is strictly not allowed to eat or drink in the coach. Please keep the coaches clean.
• There are no porters available in Europe, and passengers are expected to carry luggage themselves.
• The drivers, bell boy, hotel/restaurant staff, tour managers, waiters have to be treated with high respect and dignity through out the tour.
• Tipping is mandatory in Europe and in order to expect good service please ensure that the drivers and tour manager are tipped as per the tour (EUR 3 per person per day). The tips shall be collected by the tour manager during the tour directly.
