Only Non Ac Rooms Are Provided In Munnar, Thekkady, Ooty, Kodaikanal, Coorg, Wayanad etc As They Are Hill Below 5 Years kids are complimentary.
Vehicle kilometer is calculated on garage to garage basis. Itinerary if given is purely suggestive and optional and service will be provided only as per the quote.
Deluxe houseboat a/c timing 21:00hrs to 06:00 Hrs.
Kerala Traditional veg and non - veg food serves in Houseboat.
House boat check in @ 12:00 and check out @ 09:00.
Cab at disposal only from 08:00 hrs. to 18:00 hrs.
All Monuments will be close on Monday any some particular days.

* 20% Advance Percentage of total booking amount

Cancellation & Refund Policy :

We reserve the right to cancel any booking in unavoidable circumstances.
25% cancellation of total package amount if cancelled after confirmation.
50% cancellation of total package amount if cancelled within 30 days prior to commencement .
75% cancellation of total package amount if cancelled within 15 days to 72 hours prior to check in.
100% cancellation of total package amount if cancelled within 72 Hours prior to check in.
In case of premature departure ,100% of total cost for days not availed shall be forfeited.
