Visiting the temples of Ashtavinayaka refers to a pilgrimage to the eight Ganesh temples in Maharashtra state of India that house eight distinct idols of Ganesha, in a pre-ascertained sequence. This trip covers the eight ancient holy temples of Ganesha which are situated around Pune. Day 1 :
Departures from Pune.
En route breakfast and proceed to Morgaon (Mayureshwar) the first Ganpati of Ashtavinayak.
After Darshan proceed to Siddhatek (Siddhivinayak).
Proceed to Theur (Chintamani).
Proceed to Ranjangaon (Mahaganpati) Darshan.
After tea proceed to Ozar (Vighneshwar).
Overnight stay at Ozar OR Lenyadri
Day 2 :
Early morning proceed to Lenyadri (Girijatmaj)Darshan, it is situated on hills around 350 steps.
After breakfast at Lenyadri proceed to Mahad (Varad Vinayak) Darshan.
Proceed to Pali (Ballaleshwar) Darshan.
After tea proceed to Pune.
