Shapang Yang Manau poi is ethno-cultural festival of the Singphou Tribe of Arunachal Pradesh observe with pomp & splendour from 12-14 Feb. Each year. Here one can observe folk dances of various tribes of Arunachal apart from the cultures and traditions of the Singphou Tribe.
Entertaining the whole day amidst festivity transfer to Wakro at a distance of 65 km from Namsai for overnight stay.

Tamladu festival Ground-which is observed by the Mishimi tribes as their annual festival every year from13-15 Feb. Apart from this must see in this area is the Mishimi villages, the Orange Gardens in the near by Kamlang area, as Kamlang is known for the Orange valley of the Arunachal Pradesh.
After staying two nights at Wakro next day transfer to Dibrugarh. In Dibrugarh visit to the Tea Garden visit, tea factory and know the tea manufacturing process is to be done.
