Day wise Itinerary

Day 1

Hanoi Arrival

Welcome on Noi Bai airport upon arrival by your private driver, transfer to the hotel in Hanoi for check in procedure.
Fee as your leisure and relax the rest of time. Overnight at Chalcedony 4* hotel in Hanoi.
Day 2

Hanoi - Ha Long Cruising

Depart for Ha Long Bay in an air-conditioned shuttle bus. Arrive in Halong around 12:30pm. The crew welcomes you on board. Enjoy welcome drink, check-in to your cabin. Lunch with fresh seafood is served around 1:30pm while starting a 3.5 hours cruise into mystic Halong Bay to see the amazing karsts with different formations: Mat Qui (Monster’s face) islet, But Moc islet, Cap De islet, Trong (Drum) cave, Vung Vieng floating fishing village by local rowing boats or optional take kayaks to discover the interesting daily lives of its inhabitants.
17:30 Vietnamese cooking demonstration is a great way to learn how to prepare delicious
appetizers and expert chef will guide you through the process. Enjoy happy hours and movie before have scrumptious set menu delight with a range of different dishes. Overnight in en-suite cabin on cruise.

Day 3

Ha Long Bay - Return Hanoi

Early risers can enjoy a morning view of bay’s landscape with daily Tai Chi sessions on the upper deck or relax with an early morning cup of tea, coffee or juice anywhere you wish on the boat and watch the endless miraculous scenery unfold before you. Have light breakfast while admire ing in the breath-taking beauty of the rocky islands rising from the crystal-clear water of the bay. After breakfast, explore Sung Sot cave (8:00 to 9:00), the 100 stair climb is well worth the extraordinary views this grotto worn over millions of years into a lime stone karst.
At 9:30 check out your cabin and boat starts cruising back to the jetty while brunch is served from 10:30 to 11:30. We continue cruising through the bay, along the way seeing more of the fascinating formations. Checkout is at 11:45. Board arrives at habour by 12:00 for the drive back to Hanoi. Free at your leisure the rest of time. Overnight at hotel in Hanoi.

Hanoi Departure

Have breakfast at hotel then free at your leisure until transfer to airport for your own return flight back home.

Deposit and Payment: 30% of total invoice should be deposit at the time of confirmation by ban transfer, credit card or PayPal for guarantee. Balance should be paid on arrival date.

Cancellation: If cancelling less than 15 days, the deposit is non-refundable. After final payment is received a cancellation fee of approximately 75% applies. This percentage may be less depending on the date of cancellation. A cancellation fee of 100% is applicable within 03 days of travel.

Pricing: All prices are shown in American dollars and are current at the date of printing this itinerary. If there is a dramatic fluctuation in the exchange rate or the price of services provided, which are beyond the control of Ciao Travel, Ciao Travel reserves the right to adjust tour prices accordingly, even though the balance of payment may have been made. This would only happen in unusual circumstances.

Itinerary Validity and Content: This itinerary is valid until 30th Sept 2016, unless otherwise specified. Every effort has been made to ensure accuracy. Special Requirements: Please advise Ciao Travel of any special requirements such as Special Meals, Medical Requirements etc., as soon as possible. If you get motion sickness, it is imperative that you bring with you motion sickness pills as we travel by coach and boat sometimes in our tour.

Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend you organize travel insurance before departure in your country. Insurance covers cancellation fees payable for airline tickets, accommodation, loss of deposit, luggage etc.

Clients’ Responsibilities: It is your responsibility to obtain passports, health certificates or other travel documents where required for the tour. It remains your responsibility to ensure that these documents are in order and to meet any additional costs incurred as a result of failure to comply with such requirements. It is also your responsibility to obtain any vaccinations that may be required to travel.
