Day wise Itinerary

Day 1 Arrival – Kilimanjaro Airport

Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO), you will be met by your private driver-guide and transferred to your lodge in Arusha. The remainder of the day is at leisure to relax after your journey. In the evening, enjoy dinner and a short safari briefing. Accommodation: Forest Hill Lodge / Arusha Villa Lodge or similar Meal Plan: Dinner

Day 2 Arusha → Tarangire National Park → Karatu

Tarangire National Park

After breakfast, depart Arusha and drive to Tarangire National Park. Upon entering the park, begin your game drive. Tarangire is well known for its large elephant herds, baobab trees, and open savannah landscapes. Wildlife sightings may include elephants, lions, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, and buffalo. In the late afternoon, continue to Karatu for dinner and overnight. Accommodation: Ngorongoro Farmhouse Lodge or similar Meal Plan: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

Day 3 Karatu → Central Serengeti National Park

After breakfast, travel toward Central Serengeti, passing through scenic highlands and open plains. Enjoy an en-route game drive as you enter the Serengeti ecosystem, known for its high concentration of predators and plains game. Day 4 Full Day Safari – Central Serengeti

Spend the entire day on game drives in Central Serengeti. Morning and afternoon safaris provide opportunities to observe wildlife activity at different times of day. Day 5 Serengeti → Ngorongoro Crater → Karatu

Ngorongoro Crater

After an early breakfast, depart Serengeti and travel to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Descend into Ngorongoro Crater for a full-day game drive on the crater floor. Wildlife commonly seen includes lions, elephants, buffalo, hippos, flamingos, and the endangered black rhino. After a picnic lunch, ascend the crater rim and continue to Karatu.
