Day 1 Arrival At Entebbe To Kampala

Arrive into Entebbe and you will be transferred to the Hotel. Check In time (15 hours). Overnight in Kampala.

Day 2 Kampala | Lake Mburo National Park With Equator, Game Drive & Cruise

Breakfast at the hotel. Take a day trip to the Equator. Relax during a 2-hour boat trip on Lake Mburo. Enjoy a game drive in Lake Mburo National Park. Spot zebras, giraffes, long horned cattle, and more. Overnight in Kampala.

Day 3 Kampala | 1-day Shoebill Stork And Birding Experience

Breakfast at the hotel. The speedboat takes approximately 45 minutes from Entebbe to Mabamba Swamp. All rates include round trip boat ride, entrance and viewing fees. Morning viewing between 9.00am – 1.00pm and Afternoon viewing 12.45pm – 5.00pm Overnight in Kampala.

Day 4 Departure

Breakfast at the hotel. Check out and you will be transferred to the airport for return flight

Airlines & Hotel Policies

Official Check in time is 14:00 – 16:00 hours. Rooms may not be available for early check-in unless booked in advance.
Official Check-out time at 10:00 - 12:00, early checkout will attract full cancelation charge.
Booking might cancelled automatically after 18:00 hours if hotel is not informed about late arrival.
All applicable additional charges to be paid directly to the hotel by the guest at the time of check out.
All special requests subject to hotel availability at the time of checkin.
As per policy, property reserve the right to collect credit card preauthorization for any extras that the guests may incur during the stay.
Airline fares and hotel rates are subject to change without prior notice unless ticketed and booked.
On the expiry of the time limit, bookings will automatically get cancelled by the airline or hotel. In such cases, a new quotation will be given depending on the current availability of seats and rooms.
Any amendment and Cancellation request will attract penalty as per Airline and hotel restrictions.
The first & family name given in the booking should be the same as it appears in the passport and GCC Resident Visa should be valid for minimum 6 months.
Please check the Passport/Visa/Health requirements for the country of origin, transit; destination with the respective Consulates.
Any special handling e.g. unaccompanied minors, wheelchairs or assistance for medical cases Etc… request has to be sent to us well in advance.

Cancellation & Refund Policy :

Prior to 60 days or more: 45% of the holiday amount is non-refundable + full cancellation for non-refundable tickets.
44 and 31 days of departure: 75% of the holiday cost
30 and 15 days of departure: 85% of the holiday cost
14 and 10 days of departure: 95% of the holiday cost.
10 days prior to departure 100% of the total amount will be deducted.
