Colca Canyon Trek - 2 Days Tour

Pick up passengers from the hotel between 3:00 to 3:30 a.m. in our private van, then will drive to Chivay (3599msnm) after 4 hours away, where we stop for the respective control income to the Colca Canyon, then we have breakfast. Then will continue the journey until the next stop Mirador de la Cruz del Condor point where we will stay about 1 hour to see the flight of the Condor and the depth of the canyon from here. Then will continue the trip till Pampa San Miguel 3280msnm, here we start our trek, after three hours we reached the first community called San Juan de Chuccho (2,300 m). Lunch then will continue the walk for an hour and a half to the community of Cosñirhua (2660msnm), here we take a short break, finally continue the walk up to Sangalle or also known as the Oasis located 1160msnm where we enjoy refreshing baths in the area. Dinner and overnight in bungalows.

We got up at 04:00 am previously coordinated with the guide to start the hike upstream to the town of Cabanaconde for about 3 hours, this is where we have a good breakfast, and then will visit Antahuilque, you will see a fabulous work in terraces along the Colca Valley for a time of one hour and a half and then will arrive to Chivay district (3599msnm) to head to the medicinal thermal baths of La Calera here we can enjoy a few minutes of relaxation very recommended after a great hike. After lunch, return to the city of Arequipa, arriving approx. at 18:30hrs. This is how we will end this fascinating adventure.
