Full payment is to be made at the time of booking. This payment constitutes the clients acceptance of the terms and conditions.

• Any cancellation received within 3 day/s prior to arrival will incur the first 1 night/s charge. Failure to arrive at Lakeview Homes will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given


• Based on the room type, you may get charged one day fare processing fee (per booking) for cancellations


• Any change to your period of stay may result in the cancellation policy taking effect. Charges may apply


• A no-show will be treated as a cancellation and you will be billed accordingly


• A request to shorten your stay after checkin may incur charges as determined

• Two children up to 8 years of age can stay in the parent's room without an additional charge. However, a maximum of one child's bed can be placed in a room which will be provided at additional charge.


• One child over 8 but less than 12 years can stay in the parent's room. A child's bed is provided at no additional charge. (An extra bed shall not be provided).


• If a child is above 12 years of age, Extra Bed will be required in the parent's Room for that additional charge will be applicable.
