Due to High Traffic Situations transfers can delay from 15 minutes or more subject to traffic situations. In case of any Traffic Jams if our vehicles are not able to reach the customer and if customers take taxis after 30 minutes of pick up time, taxi charge is refundable by our company to the Guest.
