    On Arrival At Haridwar From There You Will Meet And Assist By Our Cab Driver And Now You Will Ready Proceed To Sitapur/Guptkashi/Phata.Specific location According To Availability Or According To Your Booking Status. On Arrival At Sitapur /Guptkashi/Phata Check Into Hotel, Evening Is Leisure, Dinner And Overnight Stay At Hotel.

  • Day 2 Sitapur/guptkashi/phata-kedarnath

    After Morning Breakfast Check out from the HOTEL and drive to the Sonprayag. After That You Have To Take Local Jeep There To Reach To The Trek Starting Point (on Your Own Cost).By completing The Trek,Reached there Do Darshan And Enjoy The Devotional Vibe there. After Darshan Return Back To Camp & Night Stay(Kedarnath)….Food Will Be Managed At Your Own Cost In Kedarnath. ONLY HERE YOU WILL NOT GET PROPER QUAD OR TRIPPLE SHARING CAMPS. (Because Availability In Kedarnath Is Not Possible,You Need to Adjust Here)

    In The Morning After Breakfast Check Out From The Hotel, Then Drive To Haridwar With The Sweet Memories Of Uttrakhand.

  • Please carry a photo Id and proof of the address along with you.
  • Do carry sufficient light woolens from May to Aug and heavy woolens from Sept to Nov.
  • Carry good walking shoes: - canvas or sport shoes
  • If you wish you can carry dry eatables with you like biscuits, snacks and chocolates etc.
  • Always hire registered pony, kandi and porter.
  • Move slowly and steadily and give the driver enough time for rest.
  • Please carry umbrella/ Rain coat and one torch.
  • Carry sufficient money to pay for your personal expenses.
  • It is advisable to carry your own personal medical kit.
  • Avoid carrying heavy jewelry during the Journey.
  • Don’t use soap while bathing/ washing clothes in the river.
  • Don’t throw wrappers/poly bags on the road or in the forest during the journey.
  • Don’t carry poly bags as it is banned in Uttarakhand.

  • CHECK IN AND CHECKOUT TIME AS PER HOTEL POLICY.
  • ROOMS ARE SUBJECT TO THE AVAILABILITY. NO RESERVATION HAS BEEN MADE TILL DATE. THIS IS JUST A QUOTATION.
  • BASE CATEGORY ROOMS WILL BE PROVIDED IN EVERY PACKAGE CATEGORY.
  • MEALS TIMING MUST BE FOLLOWED AS PER THE INSTRUCTED TIME OF THE HOTELS. FOR ANY UN-AVAILED MEALS WE SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE.
  • IN HILL STATION YOU CANNOT MATCH THE FACILITIES & SERVICES OF HOTEL TO DEVELOPED DESTINATIONS.
  • Hotels in Hill Station are categorized on the basis of location, Services and costing and not as per Star Categorization i.e.; 1*, 2*, 3* and so on.
  • The above Quotation is only an offer and not confirmation of your bookings. If we are not able to get the original hotels, shall provide equivalent/ alternative hotels.
  • No refund will be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation sightseeing tours or any other service due to Bad weather, ill health, Strike, Road block or any other factor beyond our Control. Such unused items are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
  • No discount will be provided after confirmation of the package.

Payment Terms & Methods :

50% initial amount of the total package cost must be deposited as an advance in our company’s account to confirm the package.
You need to complete 30% amount of the package before 02 days from arrival. And Remaining 20% On Arrival.

Cancellation & Refund Policy :

20% deduction if cancelled before or above 30 days prior to arrival date.
50% deduction if booking cancelled before 15 days prior to arrival date.
No refund if cancelled before 7 days prior to arrival.
We do not accept any change in plan within 7 days of travel date.
Advance amount/payment will not be refundable.
