Day 1

Arrival & Free Day

Upon arrival at airport, you will be met by our representative & transferred to your hotel. Before check in you will be briefed about your tour program & rest of the day free for personal activities .Overnight at Hotel.
Note: - No stop for Lunch or any other activities during arrival transfer

Day 2

Kathmandu City Tour (7Hrs Max)

After breakfast get ready for the city tour of Kathmandu which will take you to the world heritage sites like Budanilkantha, Pashupatinath ,Guheshwori (Shakti Peeth) & Kathmandu Durbar Square .Evening free, overnight at hotel in Kathmandu.

Day 3

Kathmandu City Tour (6 Hrs Max)

Today, after breakfast proceed for Kathmandu city tour which covers Swayambhunath Stupa and Cable Car ride at Chandragiri hills from where you can enjoy the mesmerizing views of Kathmandu valley & if weather is clear then one can see the Himalayan ranges as well. Overnight stay at Kathmandu

Day 4

Transfer to Pokhara (9hrs)

After Breakfast Transfer to Pokhara Which Is 9 Hrs. (200 Km) Drive from Kathmandu. Evening is Free, Overnight at Hotel.

City Tour of Pokhara (6Hrs Max)

Early in the morning around 05:00 am you will be taken to Sarangkot (25min drive) from where you can enjoy the sun rise then return to hotel .after breakfast proceed for city tour of Pokhara which will cover Davis fall, Fewa lake, Gupteshwor Mahadev & Bindabasini temple. Overnight at hotel
Note: - You will be taken to the Sarangkot only once

Day 6

Transfer to Bhairahawa (7Hrs)

After breakfast transfer to Bhairahawa, Check in to your Hotel & Overnight stay

Departure

Today after breakfast check out from the hotel and if time consumes Sightseeing at Lumbini, later transfer to Gorakhpur for your final departure.

Additional expenses incurred due to Flight Cancellation or Delay or natural disaster to be paid directly by guest

Only INR 100 currency is accepted and above 100 not accepted
In Case of exceptional circumstances where in we are not in position to provide Hotel mentioned, shall offer similar Hotel.
All expenses which are not included in the cost of package shall be paid directly by tourist at the time of checkout.
Accommodation is subjected to availability at the time of receiving your confirmation.
Scanned ID copies of all guests must be sent to us via email with rooming list & meal preference.
If Any changes required in itinerary then it must be informed in advance
Airport transfer Supplement charges will be applicable before 8:00 A.M & after 8:00 P.M depending upon vehicle type
Vehicle will not be at disposal but will perform activities as per the Package Inclusions on point to point basis
Tour Guide or Escort Is mandatory in our tour for Kathmandu city tour for above 6 PAX
Drugs , Prostitutions & Dance bars are not recommend in Nepal , we will not be responsible for any issue incurred due to above
No vehicle will stop for lunch during arrival and departure period.

75% against confirmation & remaining full payment to be done 15 days before arrival
All payment voucher must be sent on email

Cancellation & Refund Policy :

15 days prior to departure 20% of the tour cost
14 to 7 days prior to departure 60% of the tour cost
6 days or less no refunds.
