European Extravaganza Central - East Europe 7 Days

TODAY’S HIGHLIGHTS: Arrival. Transfer to the hotel.
Welcome to Europe!!!. On arrival at the airport we shall be waiting to transfer you to the hotel. You can
enjoy free time until your tour starts, information about the meeting place
and start time can be found on the information boards in the hotel reception area.

TODAY’S HIGHLIGHTS: Boat trip across Zurich lake. Journey by train.

08.30 hrs- With our guide, we will stroll in the most populated city of Switzerland, the financial and cultural capital of the country. The city of banks has twice been declared the city with the best quality of life in the world.
10.30 hrs- After this we will board a boat for a trip lasting almost two hours on Zurich lake. The boat makes brief stops, allowing us to admire the villages on the way.
12.30 hrs- We get off in RAPPERSWILL, a small and highly picturesque village overlooked by its mediaeval castle. Time to walk and have lunch.
15.00 hrs- We return to Zurich by train, and will see the efficiency and punctuality of the Swiss Railways.
16.30 hrs- Enjoy an evening in the historic centre, next to the lake, where you can dine at your favorite restaurant (Indian, Oriental, Italian, International, Swiss, etc.).

Note: From the end of October, due to the decrease of boat departures, the stage will be reversed going
first by train from Zurich to Rapperswill and then by boat from
Rapperswill to Zurich.

TODAY ́S HIGHLIGHTS: Admire the fantastic landscapes. Cable car included to Grildelwald first. Lunch included
Note: Wear warm clothing and comfortable shoes to walk and your camera.
Note: Due to weather conditions (strong wind) or maintenance reasons, the cable car may not operate at any time. If this happens, we will provide an alternative lift to another similar place.
07.30 hrs- Zurich- departure to a spectacular stage with beautiful landscapes with high mountains and lakes.
10.00 hrs.- Grindelwald. Time to have a coffee in this mountain resort in the Bernese Alps before taking the cable car to Grindelwald First (ticket included), the largest ski center in the region. We will walk along the path (30 minutes) in which we will have the opportunity in breathtaking alpine landscapes to take the "footbridge over the emptiness" enjoying the glaciers that surround us; Lunch included for all passengers (vegetarian option available).
13.45 hrs- Grindelwald departure. We continue to Lucerne.
15.30 hrs- Lucerne- arrival in time to explore one of the most interesting Swiss cities and see the KapellBrück, covered bridge over the river Reuss, the Town Hall and Square with its Clock Tower and its pedestrian streets and elegant shops. Time to stroll, enjoy the city and dine before returning to the hotel in Zurich.
19:00 h. Return to Zurich.
20.00 h. -Zurich - Zurich.

Scenery: Lakes and mountains in Switzerland. Note: We enter France, remember to have your passport ready.
07.30 h. - Zurich – Departure.
09:00 h. – Bern – Arrival-. Free time in the Swiss capital which has an attractive historical centre with the appearance of a “large village”. We will visit the Federal Council Square, the Cathedral and the Clock Tower, and see the city’s statues and fountains.
12.00 h. - Bern - Departure-. View of Neuchatel Lake. We cross the Free Country amidst beautiful scenery. After crossing the French border we will stop for lunch in a service area.
21.00 h. -Paris - Arrival.

TODAY’S HIGHLIGHTS: Transfer to Versailles Palace. Funicular ride included to Montmartre district. City tour in Paris.
Early in the morning, we will leave for Versailles, the immense palace of the kings of France. After that, we will return to Paris at lunch time where we provide a transfer to the
Montmartre district. We will ascend by funicular to the hill and admire the spectacular view of Paris from the top. Thisneighbourhood is known for its painters, artists, and its cabarets... Sit down for lunch and enjoy a magical atmosphere. Then, a scenic guided tour to discover the history, main boulevards and the breathtaking monuments of Paris will take place. Return to hotel.

TODAY’S HIGHLIGHTS: Eiffel Tower and boat cruise in the City of Lights.
We go to the centre of Paris, starting by the Eiffel Tower area. You will have the opportunity to climb up to the second floor of this remarkable metal monument (ticket included).
Then, we enjoy a boat cruise along the River Seine, which divides the north of Paris from the south. Enjoy a free afternoon to explore as you choose.
