Day 1 : Arrival at Cochin Transfer to Munnar
Our representative will receive you on arrival at Cochin Airport and transfer to the Resort in Munnar (153 Kms - 5 Hrs drives). Check into hotel Day free & Overnight at Hotel.
Day 2 : Munnar
After breakfast we take you for a full day sightseeing trip of Munnar - covering some of the major sightseeing - Mattupetty Lake & Dam, Echo Point, Kundale Lake, Blossom Garden, Rajamalai, Eravikulam Wildlife sanctuary home of Nilgiry Thar (very rare mountain goat), considering the ecological faunal, floral, geo- morphological and zoological significant & Tea Plantation & Tea Plantation. Overnight stay in Hotel, Munnar.
Day 3 : Thekkady
After breakfast and move to Thekkady (120 Kms / 4 Hrs). Check into Hotel at Thekkady. After refreshing go for a spice plantation Tour to see crops of cardamom cinnamon, pepper, coffee, tea estate (Optional) & later for boating in the Periyar lake - its centre piece of Periyar Wildlife sanctuary also Periyar Tiger reserve, man made lake of the height of 2000 ft, enjoying view the wildlife at the Periyar tiger reserve (Optional). Later return to hotel for overnight stay in hotel.
Day 4 : Alleppey by Houseboat
After breakfast, transfer to Alleppey by Houseboat to check in to houseboat (30 Kms) and overnight at houseboat. (Houseboat will move form 1200 Hrs Noon to 1800 Hrs Evening and Morning 0630 Hrs to 1000 Hrs) ac will run from 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM only (Govt rules).
Day 5 : Alleppey - Kovalam
Check out time form Houseboat is 10:00 A.M. After check out drives to Kovalam (170 Kms and 5 Hrs drives). On arrival check in at Hotel. Afternoon is at leisure and Evening free for personal activity. Overnight at Hotel.
Day 6 : Kovalam
After breakfast enjoy the scenic beauty of beach and light house. Get yourself indulged into some water sports activities.
Day 7 : Trivandrum
After breakfast, Drives to Trivandrum sightseeing of Padhamanabha Swamy temple, Museum, Horse Palace, Art Gallery, Considered as the Paradise of the South. After that our representative will drop you at airport. From now on new life begins with happy moments.

Description Of Services In The Itinerary
The Itinerary Describes The Then Available Services As Accurately As Possible. However, Factors And Circumstances Beyond Its Control Like Traffic Problems, Weather Conditions, Fairs, Festivals, Sport Events, Political/Religious Gatherings, Strikes, Change Of Management/Closure Of Hotels/Restaurants, Overbooking Of Hotels/Flights, Cancellation/ Re-Routing Of Flights Or Railway, Closure Of / Restricted Entry At A Place Of Sight Seeing May Result In Changes In The Services / Itineraries. The Company Therefore, Reserves The Absolute Right To Alter, Amend, Change Or Modify The Tour Package, Itineraries, Tour Schedule, The Travel Plan And Sightseeing. If The Changes Are Known Sufficiently In Advance The Same Would Be Notified To The Client, Otherwise The Local Representative Of The Company Would Inform The Client Of The Changes On The Spot.
In Case The Alternate Arrangements Made Are Materially Superior As Compared To The Ones Described In The Itinerary, We May Charge Extra For The Same Anytime. The Services To Which The Client Is Entitled To Are Described In The Itinerary And/Or The Price Grid Or The Concerned Invoice As The Case May Be.
The Company Recommends That Not More Than 3 Persons Share A Double Room, As A Triple Room Is Normally Of The Same Size As A Double Room. In Case Of A Triple Room, The Third Bed Is A Roll Away Bed Or Cot.
A Child Traveling For Whom "Without-A-Bed" Charge Has Been Paid Would Not Be Entitled To A Separate Bed In The Hotel. In Case "With Bed" Charge Has Been Paid For The Child And The Client Decides Not To Avail Such Facility Whilst On Tour, He Would Not Be Entitled To Any Refund. In Case The Client Decides To Seek Extra Bed For The Child Booked On "Without Bed" Basis On The Tour Subject To Availability, Then He Shall Be Bound To Pay Additional Amount Charged By The Concerned Hotel Directly.
On Tour Meals, Are As Mentioned Per The Itinerary And Will Be As Hotel Menu. The Company, However, Reserves The Right To Change The Meal Arrangement, If Circumstances Make It Necessary To Do So. The Company Cannot Guarantee A Special Meal / Diet For The Client. If The Client Misses Or Refrains From Availing Any Meal Arranged By The Company Due To His Reasons, There Would Be No Refund.
Where Client Makes A Request In Writing At The Time Of Booking For A Special Meal / Diet, Company Would Make An Effort For The Same. However, The Company Shall Not Be Held Liable If The Same Is Not Provided.
The Breakfast If Mentioned In The Room Cost Will Be Provided At The Coffee Shop/Area Designated By The Hotel During Breakfast Operation Hours (In Between 0730 Hrs- 1000 Hrs) Only. Any Requirement Beyond The Hours Of Operation Would Be Subject To Additional Charge.
The Client Traveling By Air Would Be Subject To The Airline Restrictions / Limitations On Baggage Weight / Size / Number, Currently Which For Economy Class Is 20 Kg Per Person. As Porter Age Is Not Included In The Tour Price And Due To Limited Space For Luggage In The Vehicle, It Is Recommended That The Client Should Carry One Single Suitcase Per Person Of A Size Of 158 Cms. (Width + Length + Height) Preferably With Wheels, For The Sake Of Convenience.
Baggage And Personal Effects Are At All Times And In All Circumstances The Responsibility Of The Client. It Is Advisable That The Client Does Not Carry Valuables On The Tour. However, If The Client Carries Any Valuables, The Same Should Preferably Be Kept In The Safe Deposit Lockers, That Are Commonly Available In Most Of The Hotels.
In The Event Of Any Force Majeure,Travig /Hotels/Our Associate Suppliers Shall Not Be Responsible And / Or Liable For Any Damages Or Claim Either By You/Your Company Or Any 2Nd Or 3Rd Party. We Request You To Indemnify Travig /Hotel/Our Associate Suppliers Against The Same.
The Company Shall, In No Circumstances Whatsoever Be Liable To The Client In Case Of Any Loss Of Life, Limb Or Property, Sickness, Delay, Discomfort, Additional Expenses Incurred By The Client, Consequential Loss And/Or Damage Or Any Kind Suffered By Client Howsoever Caused Arising Out Of Any Act, Omission, Default Of Any Independent Contractor Or By Any Servant Or Agent Employed By The Independent Contractor Or Third Person Who May Be Engaged Or Concerned In The Provision Of Accommodation, Meals, Transportation, Entertainment, Refreshment, Denial Of Entry To Any Place Of Worship, Or Any Other Service Comprising The Tour Package.
Failure On The Part Of Airline To Accommodate Passengers Despite Having Confirmed Tickets Or Cancellation Or Change Of Route Or Delay Of Flights.
In Any Case, No Liability On The Part Of The Company Arising In Any Way Out Of This Contract In Respect Of Any Tour, Holiday, Excursion Facility Shall Exceed The Total Amount Paid For The Tour Holiday, And Shall In No Case Include Any Consequential Loss Or Additional Expense Whatsoever.
The Immunities Provided Under This Contract To The Company Shall Be Available To The Company'S Managers, Including Tour Managers, Employees, Servants And Agents But Not To The Independent Contractors Selected By The Company.
Travig Is Acting, As A Booking Agent And Do Not Owns Any Hotels, Transport And Other Service Providers. In No Circumstances,Travig Shall Hold Any Responsibility For The Aspect Of The Arrangements Provided By The Service Providers.
Travig Shall Not Be Liable For The Damages Or Losses That May Result From Travel To Destinations Offered In The Packages.
Travig Reserve The Right To Alter, Amend; Modify The Tour Programs Due To Any Unforeseen Circumstances. Incase Of Any Increase In The Prices Due To Alternate Arrangements, Any Supplements If Incurred Will Be Charged Extra.
Any Dispute Will Be Settled Within The Guidelines Framed By Travig And In Delhi High Court Only.
Conditions Of Travel
The Client Would Have To Strictly Follow The Tour Program. In Case A Client Along With His Companions Is Compelled To Discontinue The Tour Due To Any Reason Whatsoever Including Injury, Illness, Death Or Loss Of Passport Or Any Travel Documents, No Claim Shall Be Entertained For Refund Of Money Paid For Unutilized Services. If A Client Is Unable To Reach The Place Of Commencement Of The Tour Due To Any Reason Whatsoever, His Booking Shall Be Treated As No Show On The Tour And 100% Cancellation Charges Would Be Levied.
The Clients Shall Not Behave In A Manner Which May Cause Distress Or Annoyance To Other Co-Travelers Or Which May Create The Risk Of Danger Or Damage To Property Of The Company, The Co-Travelers Or Others. The Company Shall Be Under No Liability To Any Such Person.
Check In And Check Out Time:
Standard Check In Time Is 1400 Hours And Standard Checkout Time Is 12 Noon. The Same May Differ For Certain Countries And Hotels. All Early Check In And Late Check Out Requests Have To Be Handled By The Clients Directly With The Hotels. These Requests Are At The Discretion Of The Hotels And Are Always Subject To Availability. The Charges Towards The Same Need To Be Paid By The Clients As Per The Hotel Policy.
Valdity Of The Rates & Services:
The Rates Mentioned Are Valid Only For The Mentioned Period. The Rates Are Subject To Change Without Any Notice.
All The Confirmed Booking Is Non Transferable To The Family Members/Friends/Colleagues In Case You Change/Cancel Your Travel Plans Due To Any Reason. Fresh Booking Will Be Done In Case Your Family Member/Friends/Colleagues Wish To Travel On That Particular Day/Period.
There Is A Compulsory Dinner Supplement During Christmas/New Year Period As Per Various Hotel Policy At Various Cities. The Same Will Be Applicable To You.
For Indian Residents, A Service Fee Of Rs. 500 Will Be Charged For All Bookings Cancelled Or Amended After Confirmation, Over And Above The Supplier Cancellation Charges If And As Applicable.
Cancellations Received Between 15 - 30 Days Prior To Arrival - 25% Cancellation Fee + All Non Refundable Deposits If Any Paid To Any Hotel/Agent/Carrier.
Cancellations Received Between 7 - 15 Days Prior To Arrival - 50% Cancellation Fee + All Non Refundable Deposits If Any Paid To Any Hotel/Agent/Carrier.
Cancellations Received Between 3 - 7 Days Prior To Arrival - 75% Cancellation Fee + All Non Refundable Deposits If Any Paid To Any Hotel/Agent/Carrier.
Cancellations Received Less Than 3 Days Prior To Arrival - No Refund.
Full Cancellations Will Be Applicable During Peak Season- (X'Mas & New Year Period Ie.20Th Dec To 10Th Jan:, Trade Fair And Special Event Period).
