Day 1

NJP Railway Station/Bagdogra Airport to Gangtok | Welcome to the Capital City of Sikkim

Gangtok Hills

Upon arrival at the Bagdogra Airport/NJP Railway Station, board a hassle-free transfer to Gangtok.
Don’t forget to capture the picturesque views of the mighty Teesta River and enjoy River Rafting at your own cost.
Upon reaching Gangtok, check in to the hotel where the evening will be for your leisure.
You can also explore the famous MG Marg to treasure some unique souvenirs and authentic cuisines.
Overnight stay at the hotel in Gangtok.

Day 2

Gangtok Excursion Tour | Listen to the local story of Baba Mandir

After a tasty breakfast, you will leave to visit the famous Tsomgo Lake aka Changu Lake.
It has an elevation of about 3,780 m, offers breathtaking scenic beauty, is home to Brahminy Ducks and many other migratory bird,s and is popular for its colour changing phenomenon.
Following this, you will visit the shrine of the famous Baba Mandir where it is believed that his spirit protects every soldier in the inhospitable high-altitude terrain of the Eastern Himalayas.
Later, you can also visit Nathula Pass* (closed on Mondays and Tuesdays) which is one of the most crucial passes on the crossroads of the India-China border (at an additional cost).
Later, return back to Gangtok for an overnight stay.

*Note: The cost to visit Nathula Pass is dynamic according to the season (3000/- to 7000/- per vehicle) and has to be paid on the ground.

Day 3

Gangtok to Lachen | Drive to the Snow Capped Mountains

Lachen Monastery

Wake up, have delicious breakfast, and leave for the small town of Lachen.
The road to Lachen takes you through the beautiful Chungthang town, near Kanchenjunga where you can see the confluence of 2 Rivers Lachen Chu and Lachung Chu.
After arriving in Lachen, Check in to your hotel.
Overnight at Lachen.

Day 4

Lachen - Gurudongmar Lake - Lachung | Welcome to the Slice of Heaven

Gurudongmar Lake

Start your day by waking around the snow capped mountains, the journey will start early towards Gurudongmar Lake(The Highest Altitude Accessible Lake) and breakfast will be at Thangu Village.
The scenic Gurudongmar Lake will welcome you with beautiful sights of the hills and the glacial waters.
Post this, you will return to Lachen for your transfer to Lachung.

On the way there, you will pass by Bhim Nala Waterfall and the Holy Rock at Chungthang.
Arrive at Lachung and check-in to the Lachung hotel for your overnight stay.

Day 5

Lachung - Yumthang Valley - Gangtok | Witness the Sikkim's Valley of Flowers

Yumthang Valley

Wake to the sound of yak’s bell and after an early breakfast, leave to explore Sikkim’s Valley of Flowers, also called as Yumthang Valley, which is located at the height of 11,800 ft above sea level.
You will notice that where the tree line ends in Yumthang, the valley showcases vegetation of Primula, rhododendron and other alpine flowers.
On the way back, do not forget to pay a visit to the Hot springs of the region, which are considered to have medicinal properties.
After Sightseeing, Head towards your Hotel , Check Out from there and Have your Lunch.
Start the transfer back to Gangtok, where you will check-in to the hotel for the night.

Gangtok – NJP Railway station /Bagdogra Airport | Goodbye with Lots of Memories

After your breakfast this morning, you will leave for the NJP station/ Bagdogra Airport (IXB), bringing the experience to an end.

Important Info/FAQ:

 We provide exclusive vehicles in our packages which are all sanitized according to COVID-19 Protocols.
 Non a/c Wagon R/Alto for 1-4 Pax including child.
 Scorpio/Xylo/Innova for 6 pax including child.
 Gangtok city tour is done only by Maruti Van/Wagon R (4 people in a car).
 If guests are booked for luxury vehicle, Scorpio/Xylo/Innova will be provided as per availability.
 Only 06 heads are allowed in 01 Scorpio/Xylo/Innova including child. In case the number of heads traveling increases, then the guest will have to take another vehicle.
 Most of the hotels do not have parking place & vehicle cannot be parked in front of the gates for longer period hence guests should wait at the reception 15 minute before the departure to avoid the inconveniences.
 Due to vehicle-parking difficulty, most of the areas are restricted to entry of vehicle & specific time is allotted for entries. Kindly follow the time strictly as given to you.
 In No Parking Zones, the vehicle will get parked in an available parking area. In such a case, you will have to wait for the vehicle to come to your designated area. Please be patient as the driver will have to come through traffic. Please coordinate with the driver About Transfers:
 Transfer from Bagdogra/NJP railway station will be provided from 06:00 hrs. To 17:00 hrs.
 All hill destinations are 3 to 5 hrs. Drive from station or airport. So, we do not recommend traveling in inadequate day light.
 In unavoidable circumstances the guest may have to stay back at Siliguri at an additional cost.
 If there is any late arrival at NJP railway station, we suggest the guest, considering their safety that they should stay back at the station. Our representative will meet and arrange their transfers at 6:00 a.m.
 Keeping in mind the road condition of any hilly region, the guest should decide upon themselves (with their train and flight timings) as to when they should start the departure transfer. We suggest a buffer time of 2 hours at least.
 All transfers from Gangtok to onward destinations will be provided either in morning from 07:00 a.m. to 08:00 a.m. or in afternoon from 01:00 p.m. to 02:00 p.m.
About Hotel:
 Check-in 14:00 hrs. / Check-out time is 12:00 hrs.
 The tourism infrastructure in Sikkim & Darjeeling is not very developed and one should not expect or compare it with the standards of plains & other developed destinations there is always scarcity of water and power in the region and so you would come across situation like water (hot) being supplied on time basis – morning & evening.
 Room Heater available with an extra cost Bourne by the guest directly (Except at Premium+, Premium & Luxury categories)
 Category of Rooms in the packages normally remains to base category of rooms.
 A valid photo ID proof for all guests staying at the hotel is mandatory.
 For Extra adult in the room, we will provide an extra bed (wherever possible), but most of the hotels only provide extra mattress or roll away bed. Most of the hotels have no provision of an extra bed.
 Operator reserves the right to re-arrange itinerary to suit hotel availability without changing the total number of days in each destination and without compromising with any services.
 In the area almost all the hotels do not have a lift facility and in all the hotels the guest will have to climb stairs. In case if any guest is having problem of blood pressure, knee or other ailment for which they cannot climb the higher floors they will have to intimate us during the time of booking so that we can try to arrange rooms at the lowest possible floor of the hotel enabling the guest to climb the minimum number of stairs.
Important Facts for Traveler’s:
Nathula Pass:
 The Permission for Nathula Pass is completely subject to availability.
 Nathula visit is subject to availability of permit & road condition. It can be done on the same day with Tsomgo Lake – Baba Mandir, except Monday. Only limited permits are issued by the Sikkim Tourism Department before 24 hrs. of tour (OR on the day of tour depends on road condition) to those travel agencies registered with Sikkim Tourism Department on Rotation basis. It is closed on Mon & Tue. NAME, ADDRESS, AGE & GENDER i.e. naming list of all guests traveling are required for processing of permit. Normally organizing permit at the eleventh hour is not possible, minimum time required is 72 hours before the arrival to apply the permit with all documents. We will try our best, but in case of non-availability of permit, the tour will only be till Baba Mandir. In case the permit is available one can opt for the trip with an extra charge.
 It is mandatory that guest should carry photo proof identity card such as Voter Id / Passport / Driving License and passport size photograph. (Aadhar Card / PAN Card - not considered as a valid ID proof). For above 05 yrs. child School ID card is valid.
 As permit is mandatory and very limited number of permit are issued per day for visiting Nathula, Guest have to travel by any car whichever is available (like Xylo/Scorpio/Innova-Maxx/Bolero/Sumo) as per permit issued. We cannot give any choice on Vehicle type.
This is to inform you that in order to control and send more tourists to Nathula pass, the department of tourism after consulting with travel agents laid down the following rules: -
 In case of less than 6 people from one travel agent the department generally club small number with another travel agent’s small number of tourists just for 4 km up and down before Nathula pass.
 The Indian Army allows visiting Nathula from 11:00AM to 1:30PM only. Guest has to start early from Gangtok. If guest makes delay in starting ex Gangtok, we cannot guarantee the visit in spite of having confirmed permit.
 In high season limited permit will be issued by authorities. We will try to get the permit but if we will not get the permit then we will refund the supplement amount after end of the tour.  Please note if Nathula pass permit not done due to weather conditions / Land slide / any other reason than we will refund the supplement amount after end of the tour.
 Also note that if Nathula Pass permit is issued and due to any other reason, they can’t visit Nathula Pass then we are unable to refund anything.
General Information:
 Please inform your guest to maintain the timing for the sightseeing / transfers which will advisable by our executive.
 The tour executive reserves the rights to make changes or omit any place of visit, if it becomes necessary due to bad weather, bad road, strike or band, security reason etc.
 Kindly inform us if the guests are senior citizens or have health related issues (like arthritis, heart problems etc.) or any such matter which might need special arrangements. Some itineraries will not be suitable for them and we will suggest accordingly.
 The security concerns, driver's working hours etc. will be kept in mind while planning the tour and sightseeing.
 We try to ensure that the sightseeing points do not fall on a closing day. Incase due to inevitable situation if the sightseeing falls on a closing day, it will have to be left out. Conducting that particular tour or sightseeing point the next day will be subject to time availability. Weather in the region is unpredictable. We have kept your sightseeing related with nature flexible.
 The region's prime tourist interest in its Nature and eco-friendly atmosphere. The facilities available here cannot be matched with other developed destinations.
