If a person is denied immigration clearance due to government rules or COVID guidelines, they are not eligible to claim a refund.

Changes to flight dates or cancellations follow the airline's policy. Unless otherwise mentioned, for refunds, it's essential to contact us, as airlines will not directly refund tickets booked via our company.
No refunds will be given for partially used services, including accommodation, missed meals, transportation, cruise portion, or sightseeing, if the customer fails to avail of these services during their tour.

Visa Process Time
We require 04–05 working days to process Vietnam visas. Kindly note that immigration is closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
