Day wise Itinerary

Day 1

Arrival Goa

A very warm welcome to Goa, here comes your cab which will escort you to your hotel and tell you a little about this paradise on earth. Today you will be exploring the areas and markets near your hotels and getting familiar with its lifestyle by your own. After returning back in the night you will be staying at your hotel.

Day 2

North Goa Sightseeing

After having a wonderful breakfast at hotel, today you will do one day (eight hours) sightseeing tour of North Goa that includes:
Fort Aguada
Sinquerin Beach
Calangute Beach
Baga Beach
Anjuna Beach
Vagator Beach
Chapora Fort
Later Back to hotel, dinner & overnight stay in hotel.

Day 3

Dudhsagar Waterfall Sightseeing (own cost) or day free for leisure

On this day after breakfast day free for leisure or you can visit Dudhsagar waterfall (by own cost). Dudhsagar falls (literally sea of Milk) is a four-Tiered waterfall located on the Mandovi River in the Indian State of Goa. It is 60 km from Panaji by road & is located on the Madgaon-Belagavi rail routeabout 46 km east of Madgaon and 80 km south of Belagavi. Dudhsagar falls is amongst India’s tallestwaterfalls with a height of 310 m (1017ft.) & an average with of 30 meters (100 ft). The falls is located in the Bhagwan Mahaveer Sanctuary & Mollem National Park among the western Ghats. The waterfall forms the border between Karnataka and Goa States. The area is surrounded by deciduous forests with rich biodiversity. The falls are not Particularly spectacular during the dry season but during the monsoon season, however, the falls are fed by rains and form a huge force of water.

Day 4

South Goa Sightseeing

After having a wonderful breakfast at hotel, now we are going to explore the hotspots of Goa like:
Mangeshi Temple
Old Goa Churches
Dona Paula Beach
Miramar Beach
Mandovi Boat Cruise (own cost ticket)

Terms & Conditions

Hotels, Flights & Trains are subject to availability at the time of booking. Any cost arising due to natural climate like, snowfall, landslides, road blockage, and political disturbances (strikes) etc. to be borne by client, which is directly payable on the spot.

PREPONE AND POSTPONE:

If in case you wish to pre-pone /postpone your travel dates, we request you to inform us 15 days in advance via mail.
We do not charge anything if the package is postpone/ pre-pone once (In case you inform 15 days advance through mail). However, after the first-time additional charges will be levied
Within 15 to7 days to your journey any pre-pone/postpone case company will charge 25% ofthe total package cost.
Please note that the services and the costing will be subject to availability of Hotel/Volvo and season/off season time. (Do intimate us 15 days prior to your journey)
We do not accept any change in plan within 7 days of travel date. However, in rare cases like adverse climatic conditions or strikes, package can be postponed which will intimated to you beforehand.
Advance can be utilized within 1 year fromthe date ofadvance payment.

Cancellation Policy

25% ofthe total package cost within 30 to 15 days from date of departure
50% ofthe total package cost within 8 to 14 days from date of departure
75% of the total package cost within 2 to 7 days from date of departures
100% of the total package cost within 48 hours from date of departure
20% - communication charges + bank charges will be deducted if you have cancelled your tour 30 days prior.

Hotels are subject to availability at time ofreservation.
If the base category room will be not available then supplement cost will be applicable for upper category rooms.
Rates are subject to change, without anyprior notice.
Cancellation & other policies as per the hotel/company rule.
No cancellation & any refund will be made at any cost in case of bad weather or land slide or anydestination and which is beyond the control of the agent/hotel.
Entrance fees at anypoint shall be paid by customer directly.
Above policy may vary during peak season and any changes will be communicated prior to confirmation.
No refund will be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation segments, sightseeing tours or any other service due to Bad weather, ill health, Strike, Road Blocks or any other factor beyond our Control. Such unused items are neither refundable nor exchangeable.

IMPORTANT NOTES

Check in time in hotel is 12:00 NOON & Check out time of the hotel is10:00 AM. (Early check in & Late checkout is subject to availability and hotel might charge you extra for it).
ID-It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in. According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel. The identification proofs accepted are Driver’s License, Voters Card, and Passport. Without valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check in. Note- PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
We may reschedule the sightseeing days subject to weather conditions & to ensure smooth execution oftours.
We shall not be responsible for anycancellation of cabs or buses due to bad
Though Himachal have been witnessing a huge tourist growth but the facilities of Hotel, Services, Aids etc available here cannot be matched to those available in the Cities and other developed destination. Hotels in Himachal are categorized on the basis of location, Services and costing and not as per Star Categorization i.e., 1*, 2*, 3* and so on.
We may reschedule the sightseeing days due to closing of any monument during that particular dayas to ensure smooth execution oftours.
If you don't show up at the hotel, the entire booking amount will be deducted as no-show charges.
Extra cost would be applicable for anyunforeseen Misshaping
