Pick up from Guwahati airport drive to Shillong "Scotland of East" & also capital of Meghalaya- the abode clouds. Check in to the hotel. In the evening visit the local market. Overnight at hotel.

After breakfast at the hotel full day trip to Cherrapunjee (56kms/2hrs) - this is a very scenic drive enabling one to see the cloud covered hills and the deep gorges. At Cherrapunjee visit the limestone caves and the waterfalls. After lunch, return to Shillong, on the way you can also visit few sightseeing spots like Shillong peak, Elephant Falls, Seven sisters’ falls. Reaching Guwahati by evening. Overnight at hotel.

After breakfast or without breakfast visit KAMAKHYA TEMPLE on the Nilachal hills. (10km/30mnts).It is suggested that a special entry pass for the temple is obtained prior to the visit to avoid waiting time. As said you can spend maximum time in Kamakhya. Overnight at the hotel.
