Inka Trail to Machu Picchu Tour

We will pick you up from the hotel in our tourist bus for to go to the train station, then will start our travel by train until Km. 104 called Chachabamba where we start the hike. Here we have the entrance control and later we will visiting the archaeological first site. Then we will ascending the mountain and after aprox. three hours we will arrive at the archaeological site of Wiñayhuayna very beautiful Inca construction found in the Cordillera Vilcabamba. Then will continue about 10 minutes and arrive to Wiñayhuayna camp where we have lunch. After lunch will continue our hike to the viewpoint of Intipunku called Puerta del Sol, this is one of the most impressive viewpoints to Machupicchu, after short rest we will go down to the gate of Machupicchu where we will be boarding the bus to take us to Aguas Calientes, where we will be spending the night in a nice hotel.

Early morning we have a good breakfast and then take the first bus to the Machu Picchu Archaeological site if we have lucky we can see a beautiful sunrise. Then will visit the citadel of Machu Picchu with our guide for about three hours, then will have time to explore more of Machu Picchu area. Finally we will return to Aguas Calientes for lunch and then to catch our train back to Ollantaytambo and then bus to Cusco arriving around 21.30hrs to the main square of Cusco city.
