EGTEVENT offers tourism services only to large groups or corporate groups and clients who took event planning services or wedding planning in Istanbul. These services are not available for individuals or small groups.
The tourism package includes luxury transportation, premium hotel stays, guided Istanbul city tours, Bosphorus cruise experiences, and fine dining arrangements — all designed to complement the client’s main event.
All trips are customizable according to the client’s needs and schedule, ensuring a comfortable and exclusive experience. EGTEVENT provides these services only within Istanbul, Turkey, combining professional event management with elite hospitality.
Arrival in Istanbul. VIP airport pickup and transfer to a 4 or 5-star hotel. Welcome meeting with EGTEVENT team to discuss the event schedule and tour plan. Evening leisure time.
