Jabalpur Amarkantak Tour Package

Upon arrival at Jabalpur railway station, our representative will pick up and drive to Amarkantak which is 230 km by road. On arrival at Amarkantak, check-in at a hotel. Fresh-en up and have dinner and overnight stay there.

After having breakfast in the morning, we will head to sightseeing tour for full day. On sightseeing, we will cover –

Narmadeshwar Temple – It has a holy kund made at the source of Narmada River and it is the major temple at Amarkantak. It has around 20 small temples in Narmada Mandir premises and each of them has its own importance. It has Sati temple dedicated to Goddess Parvati.

Mai ki Bagiya – It is just one kilometer from the temple. It is a garden located in the densely forested region. Narmada Devi was used to pluck flowers from there.

Sonmuda – It is the origin of River Sone and also a sunrise point.

Kabir Chabutra – it is believed that Saint Kabir was used to meditate here.

Jwaleshwar Mahadev – Origin of Johilla River, Jwaleshwar Mahadev is a temple located deep in the forest ranges.

Kapildhara – Located around 8 km from the origin of Narmada River, it falls from 100 ft. of height. Kapil Rishi was believed to meditate here.

Dugdhara – Located only 1 km from Kapildhara, Dugdhara is another amazing waterfall on Narmada River.

Sarvodaya Jain Temple – It is known as a construction marvel. The special part of this temple is that no iron and cement are used for construction and around 24 Tons of idol is about to be placed.

On the same day, get ready to check-out from the hotel. Then we will drive back to Jabalpur.
