The Jaswant Thada is a cenotaph , was built by Maharaja Sardar Singh of Jodhpur State in 1899 in memory of his father, Maharaja Jaswant Singh and serves as the burial ground for the rulers of Marwar. After breakfast visit to the museum in Umaid Palace. The museum has exhibits displays of stuffed leopards, a flag gifted to Maharaja of Jodhpur by the Queen of England in 1877, a collection of clocks and watches in assorted shapes, photographs of the Royal family during various festivities ,The classic cars collection is the highlight of the museum Glass, , Memorabilia, Porcelain wares and information of the palace are also part of the exhibits.
