• Minimum 25–30% advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
• Balance amount to be paid before or at the time of trip start.

• Exclusions:

• Meals, refreshments, and personal expenses
• Boating/guide charges (where applicable)
• Extra Charges (if applicable):
• Extra hours beyond agreed time: ₹150/hour (Sedan), ₹200/hour (SUV)
• Extra kilometers beyond the fixed package: ₹12/km (Sedan), ₹16/km (SUV)
• Overnight stay (for multi-day trips): ₹500/night driver allowance
• Cab Usage Timing:
• One-day packages are limited to 12 hours of service (typically 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
• Early morning or late-night charges may apply
• Cancellation Policy:
• 100% refund if cancelled 48 hours before the trip
• 50% refund if cancelled 24–48 hours before the trip
• No refund for cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled time
• Driver Instructions:
• Drivers are instructed not to take detours or make unapproved stops
• Customers are responsible for their belongings; the company is not liable for lost items
• Safety Measures:
• All vehicles are sanitized and maintained regularly
• Drivers follow local traffic and safety regulations
• Passengers are expected to wear seatbelts and follow safety instructions
