Booking & Payment:
Advance booking required (at least 24 hours prior to travel).
Minimum 25–30% advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
Balance amount to be paid before or at the time of trip start.
Inclusions:
Cab with AC (based on chosen vehicle type)
Driver charges, tolls, and parking fees included unless stated otherwise
Full-day usage as per itinerary
Exclusions:
Entry fees to temples, museums, or tourist attractions
Meals, refreshments, and personal expenses
Boating/guide charges (where applicable)
Extra Charges (if applicable):
Extra hours beyond agreed time: ₹150/hour (Sedan), ₹200/hour (SUV)
Extra kilometers beyond the fixed package: ₹12/km (Sedan), ₹16/km (SUV)
Overnight stay (for multi-day trips): ₹500/night driver allowance
Cab Usage Timing:
One-day packages are limited to 12 hours of service (typically 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
Early morning or late-night charges may apply
Cancellation Policy:
100% refund if cancelled 48 hours before the trip
50% refund if cancelled 24–48 hours before the trip
No refund for cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled time
Driver Instructions:
Drivers are instructed not to take detours or make unapproved stops
Customers are responsible for their belongings; the company is not liable for lost items
Safety Measures:
All vehicles are sanitized and maintained regularly
Drivers follow local traffic and safety regulations
Passengers are expected to wear seatbelts and follow safety instructions

Cancellation & Refund Policy :

* Upon cancellation, refund will be made after deducting the Retention Amount.
* Retention Amount varies as per the number of days left before your package start date.
* Refund will be made within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.
