After breakfast at hotel start your day with a day trip in the Shillong city.Today we go for some local explorations to the sites like the Catholic Cathedral and relish its amazing architecture and serenity and visit Lady Hydari Park named after the first lady of the province and Ward Lake, a pretty artificial

lake surrounded by gardens. Later we explore Shillong Peak, Elephant Falls, Sacred Groves in Mawphlang which has been preserved by its natives since ancient times.

In the evening we will go to the busy streets of Shillong City like Police Bazaar and Bara Bazaar where you can relish the local cuisines and also go for a shopping spree and treat yourself with some local handicrafts.

Today morning after enjoying breakfast at hotel we set off for the scenic town, Cherrapunji, well known for receiving the highest rainfall in the country which also treats you with some amazing scenery. Here the temperature is lower than Shillong and mostly covered with fog in the monsoon and summer.

Start your tour with a thrilling experience by exploring the Mawsmai Cave and get amazed by this mother nature's creation. Then get mesmerized by the beauty of the breathtaking falls of Nohkalikai Falls, Dainthlen Falls and the Seven Sisters Falls. These waterfalls have their own legends and watching them is not only a feast to the eye but also gives peace to the mind. By end of the day visit the Eco Park which gives you the view of the majestic hills and the gorgeous falls.

Today after your breakfast at the resort, head off to Mawlynnong Village which proud itself to be the cleanest village in Asia. The cleanliness that this small village depicts is just commendable and inspiring. Trek to the oldest natural Root Bridge and give an adventurous touch to your trip. Enjoy the Sky Walk, which is 85 ft bamboo structure and gives a panoramic view of not only the village but also of Bangladesh plains.

Next head towards Dawki, which lies on the banks of the Umngot river. Enjoy a beautiful boat ride in its crystal-clear water amidst nature's gorgeous creation and feel its essence.

Return to Shillong and rest for the night.
