Day 1

Arrive Srinagar

Dal Lake

Welcome to Srinagar, The Lake City. On arrival at Srinagar Airport, being your tour of Exotic Kashmir. You will be transferred to Houseboat. After lunch enjoy a romantic shikara ride on the Dal Lake.

Overnight stay at the Houseboat.

Day 2

In Srinagar | Day Excursion to Gulmarg (85 kms / approx. 3 hour drive)

We proceed to Gulmarg (60kms/2hrs drive) the scenic tour destination in Kashmir, primarily famous for ski slopes and natural 18 holes golf course, which is also the highest golf course in the world. Enjoy the splendor of nature and the snowy mountains. One can have a Gondola ride (cable car) from Gulmarg to Kongdoori & Marry Shoulder.

In the evening drive back to Srinagar and enjoy an overnight stay at the Hotel in Srinagar.

Day 3

In Srinagar | Day Excursion to Sonmarg (90 kms / approx. 3 hour drive)

Today you embark on a full day excursion to the picturesque meadow of gold’ Sonmarg. The fast flowing Sindh River makes it popular for trout and mahseer fishing in summer. You can opt for a pony ride to one of the glaciers for some fun in snow and ice (by your own payment).

Return to the Hotel in Srinagar in the evening and enjoy a comfortable Stay.

Day 4

On to Pahalgam | Srinagar - Pahalgam (102 kms / approx. 3½ hour drive)

After a healthy breakfast at the hotel, checkout and transfer on wheel to Pahalgam (90 Kms/2hrs) a lovely tourist spot in Kashmir also addressed as Valley of Shepherds. Pahalgam 2440 Mtrs (vale of Kashmir) on the way visits Saffron fields, Avantipur ruins and Anantnag sulphur spring. Pahalgam is the most famous place for Indian Film Industry. Enjoy the nature charm of the valley. Pahalgam is also famous for its alpine treks, nature walk and is also the central point of Amaranth Yatra.

Day 5

In Srinagar Local Sightseeing | Pahalgam to Srinagar for Local Sightseeing - Mughal Gardens

Shankaracharya Temple Hazratbal Shrine Dal Lake

Today after having breakfast we drove to visit the famous Mughal gardens in Srinagar which are Nishat Bagh (the garden of Pleasure), Shankaracharya Temple, Hazratbal Shrine and Shalimar Bagh (abode of love). These gardens are situated on the banks of Dal lake. Nishat Bagh is the larger of the two gardens and has an impressive plantation of Chinar trees on its highest terrace. Both the gardens are built on a symmetrical plan of central waterways with fountains dividing a series of gardened terraces.

Return home with happy memories

Company Booking Policy

The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
Accommodation in the Itinerary at the mentioned hotels or the similar hotels.
ID-It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check- in.
According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel. The identification proofs accepted are Drivers License, Voters ID Card, and passport. Without valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check in. Note- PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Weekend Himalayas India Pvt. Ltd. will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc... All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
If you don,t show up at the hotel, the entire booking amount will be deducted as no-show charges.

Hotel Policy

Hotels are subject to availability at time of reservation.
On the day of arrival early morning check in to the hotel will be subject to availability.
Standard check in time will be 1200 Noon.
If the base category room will be not available then supplement cost will be applicable for upper category rooms.
Rates are subject to change, without any prior notice.
Cancellation & other policies as per the hotel/company rule.
No cancellation & any refund will be made at any cost in case of bad weather or land slide or any destination and which is beyond the control of the agent/hotel.
Above policy may vary during peak season and any changes will be communicated prior to confirmation.
No refund will be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation segments, sightseeing tours or any other service due to Bad weather, ill health, Strike, Road Blocks or any other factor beyond our Control. Such unused items are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
Children below 5 years are complementary in parent’s room without extra bed. (Milk/Food for infant or children below 5 years is chargeable and direct payment in hotel)

Payment Terms & Methods :

As a 1st token to hold your package, you need to deposit 25% of the total package cost in company’s current account (Please do mail the screenshot of the mode of advance payment).
25% of total package cost in company account for sharing Hotels confirmations. (Please do mail the screenshot of the mode of advance payment).

Balance payment of 50% before 07 days of your arrival in company account. (Please do mail the screenshot of the mode of advance payment).
In the case of an NEFT/RTGS/ Online Transfer no transfer charge will be levied.
If Payment made through using company s Credit card swapping Machine,and Additional surcharge of 2.5% will be charged extra on the chargeable amount.
IF payment made through using companies direct payment link by Credit Card, an additional surcharge of 2.5% will be charged extra over the NET payable amount.
IF payment made through using companies direct payment link by Debit Card, an additional surcharge of 1% will be charged extra over the NET payable amount.
Package can be altered/change as per the customer’s requirement/ interest if possible (subject to availability) Changes in the planned package will be charged directly from the guest.
We may reschedule the sightseeing days subject to weather conditions to ensure smooth execution of tours.
We shall not be responsible for any cancellation of cabs or buses due to bad weather & are not liable for it.
Extra nights in hotel due to ill health, flight cancellation or any other reason will be chargeable. The service of vehicle is not included on leisure days & after finishing the sightseeing tour as per the itinerary.
The AC will not work in Hill stations.
The confirmation is subjects to availability.
Verbal Commitments are not applicable.

Cancellation & Refund Policy :

25% cancellation of the package cost after confirmation/issuing the hotel voucher.
30% cancellation of the package cost before 30 days of the travelling date.
50% cancellation of the package cost before 15 days of the travelling date.
100% cancellations before 10 days of the travels date.
Advance amount is non-refundable, if the customer cancels his/her booking because of reasons like: Illness, personal problems death, accident or No Shows.
Also Note that all cancellations must be interacted in written.
The company has complete authority to change the package costing due to hike in tariff & taxes of hotels, transportation or any other service that has been provided.
