Day 1

Arrive Cochin & Drive to Munnar. (4 Hours)

Arrive Cochin and drive to Munnar. Four hours picturesque drive and you are at the best hill station of South India. Check into your hotel for two nights stay.

Day 2

In Munnar

The full day is reserved to visit in and around Munnar.

As the Sun spreads its warmth, the morning mist descends to the valley floor, unravelling the verdant tea plantations interspersed by natural vegetation. This is Munnar, the ever-refreshing hill station of Kerala.

Day 3

Drive to Thekkady. (3 Hours)

Morning after breakfast drive to Thekkady and check into your hotel. Afternoon boat safari on the Periyar Lake, which is in the reserve forest area (optional).

Day 4

Drive to Alleppy and embark to your houseboat. (3 Hours)

The backwaters are best experienced while slowly punting down the labyrinth of canals in a traditional thatch-roofed houseboat, known as 'kettuvallam'. An experience you will savour for a long time. Kerala offers a unique mini - canvas to the traveller; the backwaters, which consist of a complex network of lagoons, lakes & canals.

Day 5

Disembark at your Kumarkom hotel
