Arrival at NJP Railway Station / Bagdogra Airport. Transfer to Darjeeling popularly known as the " Queen Of The Hills". Our hotel chauffer will be at the exit gate with a placard displaying your name and he will assist you to board the vehicle. An uphill drive of 3 hours. Enjoy the beauty of the Hills and Tea Gardens on drive. Overnight stay at Darjeeling (7500ft above sea level). Recommended to carry woolen garments.

After breakfast, depart for the full day sight-seeing city tour of Darjeeling. Visit to Padma Naidu Himalayan Zoological Park (the largest hill altitude zoo in India having endangered species like Snow Leopard, Red Panda, Himalayan Wolf ), Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, (Closed on Thursday), Tenzing Gumbo Rock, Tibetan Refugee Self Help Center (Closed on Sunday), Tea Estate, Peace Pagoda, Japanese Temple and The Rope Way (cable car at an elevation of 7001ft descends down by 801ft overlooking the world famous Tea Gardens). Evening free for leisure. Overnight stay at Darjeeling.

Early morning drive to Tiger Hill to watch the spectacular sunrise over Mt. Kanchenzonga (28,208ft. Worlds Third Highest Peak). From this point the entire range of the Great Himalayas is visible taking a sunbath on its snow covered peaks. The highest peak Mount Everest (29,002 ft) is just visible. Recommended to carry heavy woolen garments due to extreme cold. On way back visit Ghoom Monastery and Batasia Loop. After lunch depart for the famous joy ride trip in The World Heritage Steam Engine ( classified as UN Heritage toy train. Overnight stay at Darjeeling.
