 The rates above are not valid for nationalities from Italy, Japan, Russia, France, China and Korea.  Standard check in time of the resort is 13.00 hrs and check out time of the resort is 12.00 hrs.  Any new taxes by the Government of Maldives resulting in additional cost will have to be borne by the buyer.  Maximum occupancy per room 3 Adults or 2 Adults & 1 Child (Under 12 Years).  Children will not be accommodated at the Water Bungalows  Minimum stay of 7 nights required for stays between 24th December and 10th January.  Minimum stay of 04 nights required for all stays. Confirmation of bookings for stays less than 4 nights will be subject to availability of combined return transfers.
Cancellations & No-shows Policy  Cancellation fee will not be charged if booking is cancelled 14 days prior to the date of arrival.  Cancellations within 14 to 8 days prior to the date of arrival 25% of the total will be charged.  Cancellations within 7 days to the date of arrival 50% of the total stay will be charged.  All No Show bookings and cancellations within the stay will be charged for the total stay on the basis booked
