Mardi Himal trek is a short trek within the Annapurna region of Nepal; where we stay in lodges, try the native food, appreciate the superb hill and mountain landscape. It is the lowest and maybe the least visited of the trekking peaks in Nepal. Whereas trekking on this route, leading up to Mardi Himal base camp and eventually the high camp. We get to understand the solitary trails complete with abundant forests, fascinating villages, valleys, terraced farms, dazzling rivers; and also the extraordinary views of the Annapurna, Machhapuchre (Fishtail) and Hiunchuli mountains. Another benefit concerning this trekking route is that the path makes a small circuit up to the base camp of Mardi Himal. So we don’t get to turn back over the constant terrain.

We ascend through Hindu villages and pristine forests (magnolia, oak, and rhododendron) to alpine campsites that afford panoramic views of the Annapurna Range. Forays to the base of Machapuchare provide a further highlight before a delightful return through Gurung villages to Pokhara.

• Day 1 : Arrival

  Arrival in Kathmandu [1,338m] Transfer to the Hotel. (Car).

• Day 2 : Swayambhunath

  Sightseeing tour of Swayambhunath, Kathmandu durbar Square, Pashupatinath and Boudhanath. (06-07 Hours).

  • Meals & Drinks : Breakfast

• Day 3 : Pokhara

  Drive to Pokhara [970 m](06-07 Hours drive).

  • Meals & Drinks : Breakfast

• Day 4 : Trek to Dhampus

  Drive to Hyangja and trek to Dhampus [ m]. Trek (30 m drive and 05-06 Hrs).

  • Meals & Drinks : Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

• Day 5 : Trek

  Dhampus Trek to Forest Camp [2,550 m]. Trek (08-09 Hrs).

  • Meals & Drinks : Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

• Day 6 : Low Camp

  Forest Camp to Low Camp [3,400 m]. Trek (04-05 Hrs).

  • Meals & Drinks : Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

• Day 7 : High Camp

  Low Camp to High Camp [3,900 m]. After lunch visit above High Camp [4,500 m] - back to High Camp [3,900 m]. Trek (07-08 Hrs).

• Day 8 : Siding Village

  High Camp to Siding Village [1750 m]. Trek (06-07 Hrs).

• Day 9 : Luwang Village

  Siding Village to Luwang Village [1,500 m]. . Trek (04-05 Hrs).

  • Meals & Drinks : Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

• Day 10 : Trek to Hyangja

  Luwang village Trek to Hyangja and drive to Pokhara [930 m]. . Trek (04-05 Hrs and drive 30 m).

  Mountain Flight to Kathmandu [1,338m].
