Three Saturdays this summer, our guests will challenge chef Brad Smoliak with produce sourced at City Market 104 St then we'll enjoy lunch.
Start with a welcome bite at Kitchen by Brad - you know you're in for a treat.
Tour the market with chef Cindy Lazarenko, meet Alberta producers, and get tips on how to cook local.
Each guest will get $10 market bucks and 20 minutes to find the piece of produce they want chef Brad to prepare for lunch.
We enjoy a private cooking class with chef Brad Smoliak and then eat the menu that's truly fresh from the market.
Your ticket price includes the tab, tip and tax to all our vendor partners so all you have to do is relax and enjoy.
