Day 1

Arrival

Shalimar Garden

Arrival at Srinagar airport and transfer to Hotel in Srinagar, afternoon tour of famous Tulip Graden (if Tulips are Available), Mughal gardens, visit the Nishat Bagh (The Garden of Pleasure) Shalimar Garden (Abode of Love) & Chashmashahi (The Royal Spring). Dinner and overnight stay at Hotel in Srinagar. Note: afternoon tours only possible if flight timings are before noon.

Day 2

Srinagar Local Sightseeings

After breakfast, proceed for a day trip to Gulmarg, Gulmarg is also known as “Meadow of Flowers and has a famous Golf course during summer (which is one of the highest 18-holes golf course in the world) & Ski Resort during winter. You can have a gondola (cable car) from Gulmarg to Khilanmarg to have a real view of natural beauty in the summer and full snow view in winter. You can have a pony ride in the open fields to seven springs and to the lake which remains frozen until June, at evening time we drive back to srinagar. Dinner & overnight stay at Hotel in Gulmarg.

Day 3

Proceed to Pahalgam

After breakfast proceed for Pahalgam.”THE VILLAGE OF SHEPHERDS “ enroute visiting the world famous Saffron growing fields, Awantipora ruins (9th century ) & Martand Temple (sun temple).enjoy & explore the beauty of Pahalgam. Dinner & overnight stay at hotel in Pahalgam.

Day 4

Pahalgam local sightseeing

After breakfast proceed you can go to Chandanwari, Betab Valley, Aru Valley which has a fine Meadows of Picturesque scenery & starting point of trekking of (Liddarwat , Kolahoi Glacier , Tarsar Lake). Pahalgam is famous for Indian film industry, some trekking routes and also the base camp for Amarnath pilgrimage. Dinner & overnight stay at hotel in Pahalgam.

Day 5

Srinagar Houseboat

Dal Lake

After breakfast, proceed from Pahalgam to visit the famous old city of Srinagar which includes Old Markets, Habba Kadal, Fateh Kadal, Zaina Kadal, Aali Kadal, Nawa Kadal and Safa Kadal, ‘Kadal’ being the Kashmiri word for bridge. The old city also boasts of Kashmir’s many ancient shrines and mosques among which the shrine of Shah-i-Hamdan, situated between Habba Kadal and Fateh Kadal, is probably the most important. Khanqah-i-Maulla, on the banks of the Jhelum, was the very spot where Shah-i-Hamdan used to offer prayers. Upon his death, a shrine, ornately decorated with papier-mache on the walls and ceiling, was built in his memory.Jama Masjid and Dargah Hazratbal which is also known as white mosque also Shankaracahrya Mandir situated on Zabarwan mountain near Dal Lake are the major Mosques, Temples and Shrines in the old city. Tourists are welcome to visit the mosques and shrines in the old city.Dinner & overnight stay at Srinagar Houseboat.
