Nagarkot is the gorgeous village situated 2.1 km high hill east from Kathmandu, from where you can see the sunrise along with Majestic Himalayan view. In your way to Nagarkot, you can enjoy great Himalayan view to the North East including Mt. Everest. On clear day you can view Himalayan peak including Mt. Everest, Sishapangma, Langtang Lirung, Dorje Lakpa and many other peaks.

Our representative (your guide) will pick you up early in the morning from your hotel. You will arrive to Nagarkot after one hour drive along the way you can enjoy the Himalayan view of Langtang, Shishapangma, Dorje Lakpa, Gauri Shakhar and Mt Everest if the weather is clear.

Hike to Changunarayan will take approx 4 hr. On the way, you can enjoy the localities, Nepalese culture, Kathmandu view and Himalayan view in the back drop. When you reach Changunarayan your vehicle will already be waiting there for you. You will experience some of Nepalese culture, old style houses, local life style and localities along the trail. The view of Kathmandu you will see from Changunarayan is breathtaking. Changunarayan temple (UNESCO world heritage site) is one of the master piece of Nepalese architecture. Nagarkot, this area is a very popular tourist destination due to the amazing views of the Himalayan mountains. The top of Nagarkot commands amazing views in all directions. Encompassing more that 200 miles of snow capped peaks, from Annapurna in the west to Everest and beyond in the east, sunrises and sunsets create a spectacular light show on the mountains.
