Trek to Patalsu Peak (grade medium difficult 9 hours,Over night Camping)
The pure white landscape, the panoramic views from the summit and the view of the valley from the top are hard to replicate from anywhere else.
The seven sisters
Climb higher on the snow and the Patalsu peak visible in front of you. The trek till the end of the ridge takes about 3 hours from the Solang village. The actual summit is another hour away and sometimes the snow can be waist deep.

Let your guide take a decision on how far to go. The Patalsu peak area has the panoramic views of the full Kullu valley on one side and the sprawling peaks on the other side. There are a few rocks emerging out of the snow here and there and choose one of them to sit and have your lunch while soaking in the views around.
Pick up from Manali dropi at last motorable point trek starts here, First the walk upto Solang village crossing the Palchan village and next the uphill trek past Solang village all the way to the peak

Start your descent by 2.30 p.m to give you enough time to get back before dusk. The route down takes you back to Solang village from there taxi transit to Manali.
