Any services not clearly mentioned under “inclusions” will be considered as excluded and chargeable separately.
🛂 Visa & Documentation
Thailand offers Visa on Arrival for Indian citizens. However, visa rules are subject to change by Thai authorities.
Guests must carry:
Valid passport (minimum 6 months validity)
Return air tickets
Hotel booking vouchers
Enough funds (THB 10,000 per person / THB 20,000 per family)
Visa fees and processing are not included unless specifically mentioned.
Changes & Amendments
Changes to the itinerary or travel dates after confirmation may attract amendment charges.
Any increase in government taxes, visa fees, airfare, or park entry charges will be collected before travel.
Hotels once confirmed cannot be changed during peak season unless approved by both parties.
Hotel Check-in / Check-out
Standard hotel check-in: 2:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM
Early check-in / late check-out is subject to availability and extra charge.
In case of night/morning arrivals, accommodation for previous night should be booked in advance.
Weather & Force Majeure
Tours may be canceled or altered due to weather, political unrest, natural calamities, or other unforeseen circumstances.
No refunds will be provided for unused services in such cases.
In such situations, assistance will be provided to reschedule or reroute services, subject to availability.
Liability & Responsibility
The tour operator acts as an agent and shall not be liable for any loss, damage, accident, injury, delay, or irregularity.
Travelers are responsible for their own travel insurance, personal belongings, and compliance with immigration laws.
Misconduct or violations during the trip may result in removal from the group without any refund.
Important Notes
National Park Fees (THB 400–600) for island tours are to be paid on the spot by the traveler.
All group tours are conducted on SIC (Seat-in-Coach) basis unless private arrangements are selected.
The company reserves the right to modify the itinerary or hotels with similar alternatives due to operational reasons.

Terms & Conditions

Payment Terms & Methods :

Booking Confirmation is subject to availability upon receipt of advance payment.
A minimum 50% advance payment is required at the time of booking.
Balance amount must be paid at least 7 days before departure.
In case of last-minute bookings (within 10 days of travel), 100% payment is required upfront.
Payment can be made via bank transfer, UPI, card (with surcharge if applicable).

Cancellation & Refund Policy :

Days Before Departure - Cancellation Fee
30 days or more - ₹5,000 per person or 10% of package (whichever higher)
15–29 days - 25% of total package cost
7–14 days - 50% of total package cost
Less than 7 days - 100% cancellation charges

Flight tickets, visa, and any non-refundable components will be charged at actuals in addition.
