The lake is on the base of Saputar a hill station and is placed perfectly on the picturesque hilly surroundings. One can simultaneously enjoy Lake Garden, a nicely maintained beautiful garden on the banks of the Saputara Lake, if interested you may visit Honey Bees Centre located near the L ake Garden, a site in Saputara where pure honey is extracted from natural resources. Followed by that visit Saputara museum for an introduction to the lifestyle, costumes, heritage and ecology of the tribal Dangs. Lastly witness an awesome view of Sunset p oint the spectacular attraction of Gandhi Shikhar, one can reach this marvellous sunset point by using the ropeway (cable car on direct payment basis) or by climbing the hills. This point provides a breath taking view of the surrounding tribal villages in their natural splendour and also an aerial view of wide spans of Dang Forest. Rest of the evening is at leisure. Early morning at 6:00 visit to Sunrise Point, and then the same road twirls up to the E cho Point, back to hotel for breakfast. Later to that The Vandsa National Park where one can spot an Indian tiger. Followed by Waghai Botanical Garden, garden with variety of plants and trees is located nearby. This is an amazing park providing a marvellou s view of different varieties of Bamboo trees. A real nature lover will cherish the visit to Waghai. Fun doesn't end here visit Gira Falls which is located on the green hilly area which gives a quite impression of a paradise on earth. This is one of the mo st fabulous Falls of India. Today early morning visit Governor's Hill as you walk through this open expanse in the early hours of the day, you experience a mysterious dance of light slowly caressing life into the world. You have an amazing view of the valleys, streams and rivulets, and on your right you can see a railing demarking the Gujarat - Maharashtra border. Later visit Hatgad h fort let you to have a great view of the surrounding areas. This fort just shows you the enriched beauty of Sahyadri Hills. The beauty and calmness of Fort would fill you with great pleasure and delight. On your way to Hatgadh Fort you have to travel thr ough a narrow passage that is carved with the rocky terrains.
