Scuba Diving Ao Nang Trip Package

Discover Scuba Diving, is for not yet certified divers, that would like to experience scuba diving. We do the 2 dives at Phi Phi islands. On the way out you will get information about scuba, (self-contained underwater breathing apparatus), what to do in water, what to be careful of and safety about diving. First dive, you will, with your instructor, have to do a few skills, just under the surface. When skills are done, it is of diving, to explore the amazing underwater world. Second dive is more easy, this time there are no skills to be done, just down and see more great marine life. Our Local Dive Trips start at 08.00am and you’ll return to Ao Nang, Noppharattara pier by around about 17.00pm.

Dive sites
King Cruiser, an 87m long x 25m wide converted car ferry built in Japan and then imported into Thailand about 10 years ago, sunk on May the 4th, 1997, after striking Anemone Reef just East of Phuket. She came to rest at a depth of 32 meters with the top of the wreck only 14 meters from the surface, making for a perfect multi-level air or Nitrox dive.

Shark Point Phi PHI ***
Location: This three star dive site is a small rocky outcrop about 8km southeast of Phi Phi Ley. It stands proud of the water by a mere 1m. This easy dive follows an area of submerged rocks immediately northeast of the outcrop. These gently slope down northwards to sand at 18m. Divers can enjoy shoals of colorful Reef-Fish, including Blue-lined Snapper and Harlequin Sweet Lips, not to mention more static attractions like multicolored Plume Worms, Feather Stars and Crinoids. This location’s name refers to the overwhelming presence of Leopard Sharks. There are also lots of Cuttlefish, Squid and Titan Triggerfish. Large Undulated and Golden Moray Eels, Spiny Lobsters and Octopuses attempt to obscure themselves within the many craggy holes and crevices.
