Day wise Itinerary

Day 1 : ARRIVE ZURICH. ON TO LUCERNE

Welcome to your tour of Switzerland Italy !! Switzerland is a pristine country of lakes, mountains and forests. For centuries, protected by the mountain range that surrounds it, Switzerland has been an idyllic oasis in the middle of Europe. After clearing customs and immigration, take the train from Zurich Airport to Lucerne. It is Europe's most charming small city. It's a mixture of Renaissance and medieval architecture combined with its laid back continental ambience has established this small Alpine settlement as one of the major tourist destinations in Europe. Arrive Lucerne and transfer on your own to hotel. Evening is free to relax in the comfort and luxury of your room. Overnight at the Hotel.
Day 2 : LUCERNE. EXCURSION TO MT.TITLIS

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel.Today with your beloved enjoy a full day OPTIONAL excursion to Mt.Titlis. An adventure excursion to the highest advantage point in Central Switzerland. Proceed to Engelberg by train from where you will board the aerial cableway for a 45 minute journey from the green valley bottom to the high alpine glacier region at 3020 m/10000 ft, which guarantees snow the whole year round. Enjoy a magnificent ride in the world's first ever revolving 'ROTAIR' gondola, which offers a 360 degree panoramic view of the Alps. Visit the Ice Grotto and experience the new 'Ice Flyer', a chair lift ride over the glacier with fantastic views into crevasses and ice falls and enjoy a snow slide on the 'Fun lift'. Evening is free. Later in the evening with your loved one you can shop for the best souvenirs at 'Pilatusstrasse'. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 3 : EXCURSION TO MT.PILATUS

Today you have the option of visiting "Mount Pilatus" or you can simply in the comfort and luxury of your hotel room. Later in the evening you can stroll at the Lake Lucerne Promenade and spend the best moments together. Mt. Pilatus, one of the most legendary and beautiful places in Central Switzerland. On a clear day the mountain offers a panoramic view of 73 Alpine peaks. Continue to Kriens and board a panoramic gondola and aerial cable car to the top of Mount Pilatus at 7000 feet (2132 meters). Enjoy at your leisure admiring breathtaking views over the surrounding mountains and lakes. Venture down the Dragon's Path and make the short hike to the summit before descending Mount Pilatus to Alpnachstad by cog-wheel railway. At a gradient of 48% it is the world's steepest! Note: Depending on the weather conditions the ascent to and descent from to Mt. Pilatus may be altered. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 4 : DEPART LUCERNE. ON TO VENICE

Today takes you on to Venice. Venice is one of the most interesting and lovely places in the world. This sanctuary on a lagoon is virtually the same as it was six hundred years ago, which adds to the fascinating character. After breakfast transfer to the station on your own for your train to Venice. Arrive Venice, transfer on your own to the hotel. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 5 : VENICE

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel. Today you enjoy optional 'Half Day tour of Murano, Burano and Torcello'. After sailing past the island of San Giorgio Maggiore, the Public Gardens, the tip of Sant'Elena and the famous Lido beach resort, the boat arrives in Murano, known throughout the world for its glass manufacturing industry. Here we stop for around 40 minutes to visit to one of the factories. The second stop is at the picturesque island of Burano, famous not only for its lace but also for the fishermen's houses painted in bright colours. The stop will last about 30 minutes. Then after a short cruise, we reach Torcello, the earliest centre of civilization in the estuary. Only the Cathedral with its magnificent mosaics and the church of Santa Fosca remain as testimony of its former glory. The stop will be for about 30 minutes then we return to St.Mark's Square. Later in the day return back to the hotel. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 6 : VENICE

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel. Today the day is free for you at leisure and to enjoy the beauty of Venice. Optionally you can also enjoy a gondola ride in Venice. Sit back in your gondola and allow yourself to be serenaded as you float past the palaces of the Grand Canal. We join a flotilla of gondolas gathered around a barge containing the musicians and singers to float along the fascinating Grand Canal, glittering in the reflection of the illuminated facades of the sumptuous 'Palazzos'. Return in the dark stillness of some of Venice's interior canals. Tour includes Gondola ride and musical performance. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 7 : DEPART VENICE

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel. It's time to return home with beautiful memories of your memorable holiday. Check out of the hotel and transfer on your own to the airport for your flight back home.
