Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Hanoi Arrival

  You are welcome at the airport, transferred to Hanoi. Hanoi, located on the banks of the Red River, is one of the most ancient capital in the world, where travelers can find well-preserved colonial buildings, ancient pagodas, temples and unique museums within the city Centre.
  Overnight in Hanoi.

• Day 2 : Hanoi city tour (B, L)

  8.00- 8.30: Get picked up by our friendly guide and start to explore Hanoi City
  08.45: Arrive at Tran Quoc Pagoda located on Golden Fish IsLand in West Lake It is the oldest pagoda in Ha Noi built in the 6th century.
  09.30: Visit Ho Chi Minh’s complex where you can see Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum, the President Palace and walk around the garden to see 2 houses where he lived & worked from 1954 to 1969. Then visit One Pillar Pagoda where worships the Godess of Mercy – It is the most unique padoga in the world Should dress modestly by covering from shoulders to knees when visiting Ho Chi Minh mausoleum, temples, pagodas…
  11.15: Visit Vietnam Ethnology Museum to learn about the culture of 54 ethnic groups living in the whole country of Vietnam.
  12.45: Have lunch at our restaurant. You have an opportunity to enjoy Vietnamese cuisine with 8 delicious dishes.
  14.00-14.15: Continue to visit Temple of Literature – the first university of Vietnam, established in the 11 century 15.15: Leave for Hoa Lo Prison Museum which originally used by the French colonists in Indochina for political prisoners, and later by North Vietnam for U.S. prisoners of war during the Vietnam War. During this later period, it was known to American POWs as the "Hanoi Hilton.

• Day 3 : Hoa Lu – Tam Coc (B, L)

  08.00 AM: Depart for Ninh Binh for a 2 hour drive.
  10.00 AM: Arrive at Hoa Lu, the capital of Vietnam from 968 to 1010 during Dinh and early Le Dynasties. Visit Dinh Tien Hoang Temple and Le Dai Hanh Temple.
  11.30 AM: Transferred to a local restaurant for lunch.
  12.30 PM: Take a 2-hour boat trip along Ngo Dong River on the rice field for the visit to a complex of three caves in Tam Coc – Ha Long Bay on land - such as: Hang Ca, Hang Hai, Hang Ba while enjoying the mystery and wildness of mountains.
  15.30 PM: Drive back to Hanoi
  Overnight in Hanoi.

• Day 4 : Hanoi – Ha Long, overnight onboard (B, L, D)

  Having breakfast at the hotel, check out the hotel.
  7.45 : Our bus will pick you up at your hotel.
  12.30 : Arrive in Halong City. Receive cruise briefing, check in cabins and begin your cruise.
  13.30 : Have lunch – delicious Vietnamese set menu
  15:00 : Keep cruising into the bay while admiring the fascinating rock formations in the bay. Make stop for the beach and kayaking or hoping on a bamboo sampan. Then return to the vessel for your leisure or join happy hours.
  18:00 : Drop anchor in the calm water surrounded by islets. Happy Hour (sunset party).
  18:30 : Vietnamese cooking demonstration on boat. A sumptuous dinner is served on board.
  21.00 : Relax on your cabin or join on board activities: light music for dancing in the dining room (please book in advance with your tour guide), board games and playing cards are available. Passengers may also try their luck at squid fishing from the boat.
  Overnight on board.

• Day 5 : Amazing Cave – Hanoi (B, Brunch)

  06.15 : Start your day with Tai Chi on the Sundeck while complimentary tea & coffee are served.
  07.00 : Have breakfast
  08.00 : Explore the Amazing Cave (Sung Sot Cave).
  08:15 : Transferred by tender to Amazing Cave. Amazing Cave is a huge cave consisting of three chambers, which you reach via 90 steps. Among the stalactites of the first hall, scores of gnomes appear to be holding a meeting. The walls of the second chamber sparkle if bright light is shone on them.
  10.00 : Upon return to the boat you will have time to freshen up and pack. Please remove all of your belongings from the cabin, you may leave heavy luggage outside of the cabin (staff will transfer directly to the pier).
  10:30 : Enjoy a set menu lunch in the dining room. We will settle bills after lunch. Relax on the sundeck or in the dining room enjoying the bay scenery as we approach the pier.
  11.45 : Arrive at the Harbor. Transferred by tender to the pier.
  Go back to and overnight in Hanoi.

• Day 6 : Departure (B)

  Having breakfast at the hotel then free until transfer to the airport for your departure.
