Enjoy a 4 day road trip to the most famous getaway from Mumbai - MAHABALESHWAR. To make it more exciting we have added few more interesting places to visit around the Hill station.

Wai is adored by Bollywood for its flat mountain top and scenic beauty .. and if you're lucky you might be able to see a film shooting! The other highlight is Lake Tapola - The Mini Kashmir of the west is a rustic hamlet with a magnificent lake - Shivsagar. Tapola is at the end of the road and practically a dead end! From Mahabaleshwar Tapola is 25 kilometers away and the drive to Tapola is very picturesque.

Fort Pratapgarh, standing tall at 3500 ft above sea level is one of the important forts of Shivaji Maharaj.

Day wise Itinerary

Day 1

Mahabaleshwar

Departure at 06:00 AM from Mumbai to Mahabaleshwar which is a 6 hours short drive.
Reach Mahabaleshwar by 12:00 noon
Check into a hotel and Unwind for a while. And in evening explore the hill station
Day 2

Wai

Day Starts at 10:30 AM post breakfast and head to “WAI” which is 2 hours drive through some of the finest mountain views your eyes can feast on.
On your way to WAI we stop at few strawberry farms and taste some of the berries of the farm and reach WAI by 13:30 PM
Sight seeing and visiting some important temples in Wai also referred to as 'Dakshin Kashi'
Day 3

Tapola

Day starts bit easy at 11:00 post breakfast head to lake Tapola which is about one hour drive from the Mahabaleshwar..
Explore the flora and Fauna the boat ride and Camp Out (Tents can be provided and set up at an extra cost ) or head back to hotel at Mahabaleshwar
Day 4

Head To Mumbai Via Fort Pratapgarh

Start at 10:00 am we reach Pratap garh by 12:00 noon
After exploring the fort we can head to Mumbai at around 15:00 post lunch Which is around 6 hrs drive through the winding western Ghat which is an memorable drive and reach home by 23:00
